He arrived on time, and also made a good suggestion for buying a dehumidifier. The cost is much less than to rent one. The dehumidifier worked very well for drying the room. For the coming two days' treatment, Mike came on time, worked hard, placed 7 generators to kill mold and mold spores. He completely cleaned the room after finishing the job. He brought big bags and placed baseboard, nails etc to the bags and thrown away. The company's whole team are very friendly. the President, Zak, also answered my email with questions. The receptionist and a manager also professional. and the manager initially called me to following up after inspection. I feel fortunate that I have had opportunities to communicate many very decent American people and American companies/units, I definitely consider this is one of the best companies among them.

Tim texted me promptly the next day and was able to schedule me on a Thursday between 11-12. Overall, the service was good. Our carpets look clean, and his estimate fair! The only issue I had was that they were not on time. I texted him around 11:00, anticipating for them to arrive between 11-12 as they had said, but they didn't get to texting me back until 12:20. They didn't arrive until 1:30 pm, so they were over an hour late than anticipated. I understand that backups can happen, but I would have appreciated the transparency that they were held up and were going to be late, rather than trying to figure out if they were going to come. When they did arrive, they were incredibly friendly and did our den room carpet for free. It's clear they care about their service, and they were great to talk to. Overall, very nice men and I'll be using their services again.
