I've shopped here many times, but after this experience I will never come back. I originally bought a torch lighter for about $20 that turned out to already be broken. When I tried to return it, the employee with curly hair and fake chains was incredibly rude and dismissive. He wouldn't acknowledge me, wouldn't look at me, and just pointed me toward the other employee working there. The gentleman with longer hair was actually very nice and helpful. He called the owner to ask if I could return the defective lighter or at least put the money toward something else, but the owner said no. I decided to let it go and bought another torch lighter for around $6. The curly-haired employee rang me up and charged me **$28** for it. Thankfully, I noticed immediately. He didn't apologize, explain the massive price difference, or even look me in the eye. When I asked for a refund, he actually tried to blame me for "scanning my card too quickly." Scanning my card too quickly does not explain how a roughly $6 item became a $28 charge. The nicer employee again tried to help and contacted the owner. I then had to wait for the owner to come to the store just to refund the extra money I had been charged. When the owner arrived, his attitude was just as disappointing. He didn't acknowledge me, say hello, apologize, or offer any explanation. He simply did something on the computer, had me scan my card for the refund, and finished without even looking me in the eye. I've encountered the owner before and have found him rude toward me on several occasions. I also want to be careful about how I phrase this because I obviously cannot know someone else's intentions, but I am visibly queer, and the way I've repeatedly been treated here has left me wondering whether homophobia played a role. That is my personal impression based on my experiences at this store. **What makes this situation even more concerning to me is what a friend who previously worked at this store told me about how he was paid.** According to him, management agreed to compensate him partly through a normal paycheck and partly through additional cash paid "under the table." He told me that, over time, they stopped giving him the under-the-table portion of the compensation they had agreed upon, which substantially reduced the amount of money he was receiving. According to my friend, when he confronted management about the missing portion of his pay and spoke up about the arrangement, **he was fired.** To be completely clear, I was not his employer and did not personally witness their payroll records, so I cannot independently verify the details of that dispute. I am repeating what a former employee personally told me about his experience working there. However, hearing that allegation from someone I know--and then personally experiencing a roughly $6 item being rung up as **$28** with no apology or reasonable explanation--makes me seriously uncomfortable with how this business is being operated. The only person I want to compliment is the longer-haired employee. He was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help me while everyone else made me feel like I wasn't even worth acknowledging. After everything I experienced and what I was told by my friend, I personally do not trust this business enough to spend my money here again. If you do shop here, **check the amount on the card reader before you pay and keep your receipt.** I'm extremely glad I noticed the charge immediately. read more

Do not go to this establishment. the owner/ worker is a racist coke head. I had just gotten done getting my oil changed and saw the smoke shop on the corner. As I entered I was greeted with a dirty look and was asked what I was doing there. I politely told him I was there to look around for a glass piece. shortly after the employee started spouting out comments like "why do they always have to send the non whites in here like we have to go deal with them." he seemed to get a bit more aggressive after that and was almost manic. He definitely was on something.. it all escalated out of nowhere and was then told to get out if as soon as I asked if I did something to offend him. I don't understand why I was greeted that way. There was another employee in there that was helpful. But the middle eastern man is definitely not the nicest person. read more

As soon as I walked in, despite having been there multiple times, I was told to get out and get my shit elsewhere by a middle eastern gentleman sitting next to the front door. The person behind the counter acknowledged me originally, so I kept walking up to counter, but the guy by the door stood up and told me to get my bitch ass out. I said excuse me and he started screaming at me to "get the fuck out." I asked him what was wrong, and he continued to scream "get out" kept calling me a "bitch" and then started walking towards me threateningly while continuing to yell. Whoever this guy is is completely unstable and either mentally unwell or on drugs. After the guy told me to get out the cashier never acknowledged me or looked up again, so he clearly works there. Never going back. read more

Save yourself the money, stress, and time. I have gone there many times, and more times than not, they sell me something inside a box that looks new, but isn't (with obvious evidence that its been used or missing pieces), or its broken, even worse. And every time I have brought it up to their attention, I get treated with no respect, and get told that there isn't anything they can do for me other than sell me another item at full price. I only kept going there because it was the closest to my house, but after multiple opportunities to sell me something properly or just make it right, they only continued to disappoint. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope I can help and rather encourage any future readers to do the same. read more

Apparently this guy has a reputation for being extremely unhinged. I had an extremely unpleasant experience where I walked in and he pointed to the door and told me aggressively to get out for literally nothing. I drove to a nearby smoke shop up the street to buy what I needed and told them about the situation and the staff there immediately knew EXACTLY who I was talking about, AND EXACTLY the behavior in question. Stay away from this place. The owner is unhinged and more than likely on drugs, and made me and the person I was with feel extremely unsafe. He has no business interacting with the public. Spend your hard earned money literally anywhere else, this slime ball deserves none of it. read more

NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!! WORST PLACE AND CARELESS OWNERS!! Long story short, My husband went in to get help selecting a vape, the employee called him a fag and spit in my husbands face (this was very off guard) and when my husband tried to leave, he had to hold shut the front entrance door to the shop to stop the employee from following him. We called the cops, cops were great and they ended up arresting the employee. My husband pressed charges and thank god this employee did not tick off the wrong guy bc it could've been a lot worse. THE OWNERS KNOW THIS PERSON WORKS HERE AND CONTINUE TO ALLOW THIS MAN TO BE EMPLOYED! This happened 6/22/24 @ around 10am read more

I've been to this establishment many of times but today was a whole new experience as I was going in person sitting at a table with hooka called me a faggot and told me to get out of the store did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve that type of harassment just walked in the door I hope the manager reads these I would have given them a zero for the rude comments but I guess business have the right to deny service to anyone(not being a Karen but really) for reference the guy who I kinda spoke with was a tall shaggy hair smoking the hooka in the front table no explanation of why I was called a faggot read more

I stepped one foot in the door and a man sitting at the front window immediately yelled at me to "get out." I was confused and said "why" and he started screaming insults at me and yelling get out, and so I left. I did nothing to provoke this insane behavior and I don't know if this guy is the owner, but he's either high or completely out of his mind. He seems like a danger to the community and I will be excited to watch this business shut down. read more

I walk in the door. Door closes. I glance around. A young wise ass shouts at me 'You can't shop in here. Get out.' Of course, I ask amazed 'What?' Again 'You can't shop in here. Get the fuck out.' I called the guy a asshole. I left. Of course this is while the door is unlocked and there is a 2' tall sign blinking 'OPEN.' First time going to this business. Forget these guys. Go anywhere else. read more
