We needed an emergency service done at a house in Lincoln and once I explained our situation and that we didn't even live in the state that we needed the service done they said not to worry and that they would take care of us. When most companies wouldn't even call back, Albright called back right away. I was asking to have a service done at a house that we would not be present at and I had to trust that they would get it done. Horrible horrible horrible. Live out of town and trusted this company with their character…read morejudgement to find a reliable tenant. Found a deadbeat tenant who trashed my home after less than 1 year tenancy. Tenant still owes back rent and charges for extreme damage, back rent and propane to date. The fee they charge each month for "rent collection" was useless in the scheme of things. Charge astronomical extra fees for any other extras ... Rent collection was alway late - which they were never on top of. Consistently had to reach to find out where it was, ...usless with assisting with eviction process. Horrible attitude with everyone I had to deal with here. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. I am left with much debt and a trashed home + alot of resentment that they didnt respect me professionally or personally.
