Whether it was life events such our first child, irregular home inspection findings or unpredictable sellers; Pete and his father Joe never showed fatigue and never tried to rush us into anything. At times I had to scratch my head and wonder how such dedication could be profitable but Pete and Joe work on the "client first" principle placing profits second to people. Although this was not our first home, it certainly felt like a first-time buying experience as many of the rules that applied in 2014 no longer applied to the housing market of 2024. Given all that, Kerry was the perfect individual to help us navigate this brave new world. Let me tell you why. First off, and possibly most importantly, Kerry has a great vibe. In January of 2024, my family and I began what turned out to be an extended search for our next home. In total, it took about four and a half months for us to find "the one." During that period we naturally spent a good deal of time with Kerry. In short, she is a delight to be around: easy-going, funny, and knowledgable. Kerry is also exceedingly responsive. During our long-haul search, I do not think we ever waited more than 20 minutes for Kerry to return a text message or call. This was crucial because we were searching from afar. At that time, my family and I resided in Saint Albans and would drive down to SE Vermont on the weekends to look at homes.
