Good 20+ foot drop that could seriously injure someone. Children should not stay there. Back stairs were ready to fall apart. Seriously dangerous, I cannot stress enough. Must be replaced before anyone steps on them. Hot tub room was obviously added on and not done to code. Multiple metal joists missing, beams/wood married in wrong location. It was concerning to say the least. 1 hour check in window only. 4-5pm. Fee of $150 to add 1 hour earlier check in. Broken glass on driveway from broken flood light. Luckily I had my sandals on. Tons of fees, not easy to work with, hard to get ahold of. Property had serious safety issues and should not have been allowed to be rented. Would never use again.

He called back and said I don't know who told you that, But we would have to come to the property and do a whole new design. I was becoming upset as this was not what i had been told, His response was don't get mad at me, I responded that this so upsetting as i would not have purchased the property without doing my research. He hung up on me. I called back and Talked with Andrew. and he explained that I must of misunderstood. Which I had not. I asked him to walk in my shoes as i was given the wrong info.
