They responded with that's what we do we bait. When asked if these poor critters would die under our bathtub they said I hope not. I haven't been here 3 months and have been bullied and pushed around by staff. The property managers are rude, unhelpful and clearly lack experience. They refuse to take care of any issues with tenants that put others in danger.
