This service provider also stated, in writing, that this "price" includes "materials, labor, equipment, and tools". This means that this service provider promised to render "all" material and labor services for a total cost of $6,500. This service provider also stated, in writing, that they would "set fence to make "straight" and level". We were charged $7,800 for materials and labor instead of the $6,500 placed in writing by the service provider. In addition, this Split Rail Fence was "NOT" set "straight". Complete poor quality and poor value! In addition, what position has this service provider placed me in with Carroll County, my neighbor, a future buyer of my home? Will I be forced to incur costs to have this fence placed in a "STRAIGHT" line; aligned to my property line? Also, this service provider stated in writing and I quote...."Should you make disparaging remarks against me, R2, or David's company we will engage our litigation firms to take action against you for defamation of character." end quote. So, a customer is not allowed to provide comments regarding poor quality services they received and paid for? Since I paid for these services, I then, under the law, have the "RIGHT" to "judge" these services. What is this service provider afraid of? I will never be bullied!

After over a year and e-mails back and forth reassuring me my money I deposited is safe and secure as well as the state departments are taking longer than normal to review the application for the design, I finally spoke to an outside party who researched with the state department and found out that no application was ever submitted no proposal was ever set forth and all of the emails and all of the time spent was an absolute fairytale. My wife and I just bought our first home with Kevin at our side, and we could have NEVER done it without him. I know that happy homebuyers always say that about their realtors, but I truly cannot think of a single thing that Kevin didn't fulfill for us. To prevent me from publishing a novel, here are the highlights of our time working with Kevin: - Kevin was a partner through every open house, private showing, and interesting listed. He is extremely responsive and makes you feel like you are the only client he is working with. - He really took an interest in us as people. I count him as a lifelong friend after this. Kevin is such a cool and fun guy, while also managing to be a respected and trustworthy professional. - My wife and I know little to nothing about owning a home. On each home walkthrough, Kevin would share his deep knowledge about home structures, management, and overall value. We got so much more than a realtor--we got a perfect blend of everything. - It's clear everywhere we went that Kevin is respected by everyone in the area. He is courteous, friendly, and fair. He makes time for each person--that matters, especially in a competitive market. - Kevin made things fun. House buying can be so stressful, but we had an enjoyable experience, mainly because we had him leading the way. - I trust Kevin. His way of giving advice always left room for our own ideas, wants, and needs. He guided us, but in the end, we made all the decisions best for us. That was always very evident when working with him. Truly, I cannot say enough about how awesome Kevin is--as a realtor and as a person. He will be our realtor from now until forever. Additionally, I found the entire Adam Dow staff amazing to work with. You're getting a whole army behind you! All my thanks to the Adam Dow community, with an extra special thank you to Kevin. I almost wish that we didn't find the house of our dreams because that would give us more opportunities to house hunt together!
