He explained everything. Sebastian and his assistant pruned my apple trees, moved a bush, and climbed a beech tree for cutting and cabling. They cut fallen logs. They cleaned up thoroughly. Sebastian stayed within his $$ estimate. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I know nothing about trees or the cost of this kind of work. I have to assume that he did the right thing. It sure looked like he did.

Before they began, we went over all the details a second time to make sure we were aligned on what we were going to have done. A pleasure to work with. He was recommended to me by a bigger company that said my job was too small for them. I'm glad they did. He is extremely responsive. Not at all pushy. Has a great, hardworking crew--they were also thoughtful, pleasant, and polite. (It was their idea to move the hitching post. Brilliant!.) I lived with this problem for years. If I had only known it would be so easy! I waited a full year before posting this review, just to see if his underground drain plan would work out. Turned out to be the perfect solution through every season! If you have something similar, just do it. You'll be glad you did. I highly recommend him! I'm very satisfied (and I usually find something to complain about...).

I had expressed concerns that some older family members would be present and Jon was quick to reassure me his team would be masked and taking COVID precautions. On the day of service, Jon and his team arrived on time and got right to work. We had more junk to be removed than expected and Jon offered to drop the first load and then return to retrieve a second load. When the truck left to drop the first load, I realized I had accidentally left a light fixture that was not trash on an old bench they had removed. Jon was nice enough to search the truck and was able to locate and return the light to me. This was really above and beyond what was expected Jon and his team were polite, worked so hard and were genuinely appreciative for the work. I could not have gotten my house and shed cleaned out without their help. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.
