After my initial call and email I was handed off to his site coordinator for install and fabric selection (Andre). He came over, seemed to be very nice at first, and did all the selections needed, 3 weeks later, (as promised) the install happened. It was October/November timeframe when installed, too late in the year to offer any real review on the actual awnings and their operation, I will know more about that in the spring. I can say the installation was very poor, I had two awnings installed to cover my deck, installed uneven and the power cord on one was stapled to the side of my house like a 10 year old did it, VERY disappointed! Texting Andre and getting nowhere fast, ( he didn't seem to really care), I emailed Rod again and he said it was all fixable, that was 2 months ago with no email or call since so I have to assume nobody is coming back, spending 10K+ for these awnings with install was a very bad experience! I was also told at the beginning I would get access to an APP to control my awnings, I wasn't shown any of that and I believe I paid extra for that feature, I still have no idea what to do to make that happen, I FEEL as though once the check was cashed they had very little interest in working with me any longer. Too bad I have heard good things about them and that's why I went to them, maybe I am the oddball customer experience but needed to vent on a review so this will hopefully help someone down the road to watch out for certain things. They do NOT deliver so you have to pick everything up. Went there on Friday but they still didn't have everything...had to make another trip back to get the rest of my order. No apologies, no discount for the trouble. It's a 35 minute drive there every time it's not like I live around the corner. My advise, get your tile from Lowes or Home Depot. They are less expensive, the quality is the same and they care about their customers!

They are extremely professional in the entire process. They came and measured and gave us a date for installation and showed up on time! Milford did a two story hardwood installation 20 years ago under a different owner and did a fantastic job. They still have the same great installers working for them. We are having them do a total house hardwood installation in August because the house needs it and we love their work. The prices are competitive with the big box stores and there's no confusion as one or two men do the ENTIRE JOB!! This company is professional in every aspect of the job they are hired for.

We were told to " Get off our high horse" and that he " didnt tolerate attitude". Left the job unfinished and our front lawn in worse condition than before he started. This is a very angry, unstable, unpleasant man. He was supposed to do a sprinkler system, loam and hydroseeding. We got none of that for our $400 deposit. He scraped off what grass we did have, as he said we had " grubs", then refused to continue, saying we " attacked him" and plowed it back back on, and hand sprinkled some grass seed. We now are hiring an actual landscaper to repair the damage he did to our property. He actually tried to accuse us of " stealing his equipment" ( to install a sprinkler system) which he left here for 2 weeks. We, in fact, put it way out back so no one would walk off with it. We were scheduled for the week of May 15 to May 20th. Weather was fine that week. Middle of june we had nothing but a mud front lawn. Thank heaven we only lost $400.00. We did nothing wrong except ask this individual to let us know if he wasnt coming.My hubs was recovering from hip replacement surgery and had physical therapy appointment s which we changed to be here on property, which we always do when hiring workmen. That simple request enraged this unstable person enough that he left us in a mess. Be very, very careful if you decide to hire this person. He knows what he did and can spin this any way he wants to.
