I truly cannot rave about Unite Rehab Perform enough. This was my first season snowboarding so like anything, mishaps can happen and they did. I had a grade 1 tear to my meniscus that was causing me some pain and discomfort with normal daily movements and I was nervous to get back on my snowboard. After a few weeks, and multiple PT sessions I was able to have full range of motion with NO pain. I was in shock. I do also practice what I've learned in my sessions on my own (a few times a week) and I really think that's what has helped the recovery process speed up even more. But the best part of everything has been the level of confidence and knowledge I've gained throughout the last few months of sessions with Dr.Ken. The fact that I'm no longer scared to get back on my board and I'm able to rip it down blues and harder runs has been pretty dang cool. I seriously can't recommend Dr.Ken and Sarah enough! Not only will you be able to live pain free but you'll get so much confidence and so many tools you will have for the rest of your life. You can't put a price tag on that because it's worth every dollar!

Humana covered it for $10 monthly. I am now paying $150.00 per month rental fee. I am 70 years old and on a fixed income This is criminal to deny lifesaving treatments. I'm sorry, but having people in India or wherever is maddening; they don't answer the question asked and i have to raise my voice to ask them to STOP! and answer the question asked. The first person I spoke with told me I could no longer use my UCard if I order a replacement -- which is what the website says. New one takss 2-3 weeks. "So what do I use if I have to go to the hospital or doctor while travelling as i will be until the new card arrives?' Rep could not answer. Got a Supervisor who was not even given the correct info about which I was calling from the first rep. Started over with her... another ten minutes of dialog about the same initial question, during which she gave me the "new number," which was only four digits. "What are those four digits?" I asked. After more and more unanswered questions she FINALLY explained those were the last four digits of the new credit card (UCard), and all my other numbers remained the same. "So I can print my card from the website so I have SOME PROOF of coverage?" Yes. TOTALLY AND UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE AND IGNORANT SERVICE. Might be time to find another insurance provider.d zk
