All three therapists who I worked with, Layden, Joy and Annie were top notch, and I would recommend this practice to anyone. I worked with Rylee and Jeff since May, and I truly never dreaded going to physical therapy because they made every session genuinely enjoyable. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today. There were several moments during my recovery when I hit bumps in the road and felt like giving up, but their constant encouragement kept me going. I never thought I'd say physical therapy could be "fun," but they kept things interesting by changing up the workouts and tailoring everything to my pace without pushing me too hard. After several months, I can confidently say I'm finally starting to feel "normal" again, and I truly couldn't have done it without them. On top of that, the front office staff and assistants were always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself was spotless, comforting, and such a positive environment to recover in. I'm incredibly grateful for the entire team.

However, my…read moreexperience with their gross overbilling for insurance covered services, and the months-long delay I experienced to get a refund of over $400, needs mentioning. This franchise will not let patients contact the billing department by phone to resolve issues quickly, and answers to my emailed questions never included a name or contact details until I threatened to complain to the Colorado Division of Insurance about their failure to resolve an insurance claim within 60 days, as required. I discovered this office contracts with an intermediary (known as American Specialty Health - ASH) that slows payment between the insurer and their office ---- sticking it to the patient by collecting way too much up front.
