Janet at the front desk makes you feel at home from the minute you walk in. She has such a warm and caring way about her. I worked with Bob on my pre-op and he was great. He knew just what I needed and when to give me that little push to keep going. I also worked with him on my post-op along with the other three physical therapists in the office. When you arrive they always greet you with a happy hello. And the back office staff does a great job with billing and insurance questions. I've never experienced any issues with insurance or appointment issues in the 2 years I've been a patient here. They do a great job of keeping things light and fun with their monthly giveaways for patients and voting contests for pumpkin and gingerbread house displays during the holidays. The owners are both active in the community. I've seen them out at local school events and taking photos at local school sporting events. They display their photography skills throughout the business. I've always thought it would be nice to see more of the staff or patients they've treated included in these photos. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He does an extraordinary job of listening to the patient to understand them better. He has compassion and also nudges you when you need that extra support. I appreciate that he starts by educating his patients and establishing the building blocks for treatment.

His legs were so swollen.legs were never propped. He was Septic. His catheter was disgusting and not changed even after we had asked them to change it ,and one female worker called him "stupid "which we did a report on. We do believe he was neglected, we asked to have him sent to the emergency room. This was on a Wednesday and he passed away Friday morning please people be aware take care of your family in this facility the hospital said he had pneumonia and that very morning the nurse at ignite checked his lungs and said he sounded just fine. Again, I'm not saying my dad was the healthiest person in the world. He wouldn't be there if he was, but I am definitely in shock that he went in there better than he came out now he's gone. I do believe that if we didn't push the fact that he needed to go to the ER, he would have died in there, but instead he died in the hospital these are just some of the pictures of him and we have so many more we are having this looked into

Once the nurse, who was sitting down and looking at her phone, FINALLY acknowledged me, she only POINTED me in the right direction. This is where I found their ice machine down and a COOLER ON THE GROUND with ice and the ice scoop just throw in. This was located where everyone could touch/contaminate it. When I asked where to get water they told me to get it from the sink in his BATHROOM... Wednesday 4/1/26 a family member went to visit him and had to force them to take him to the hospital. His legs were swollen and cracking, slurred speech, disoriented, UTI, pneumonia, septic, and more. He passed in ICU on Friday 4/3/26. Nurses in ER said his catheter was never changed (there over 1 month), he had bed sores, rashed and raw skin, and yeast all over his private parts. They said they checked his breathing Wednesday and he was fine and they changed his catheter. LIES! His catheter was also not taped to him so the tube ripped and tore his urethra. Prior to this a nurse was reported by us for calling him STUPID. Since Wednesday we have been trying to call them and have yet to receive a call in turn. My grandfather died because of their neglect.
