The equipment is clean and sanitized after each use. The large windows allow you to look outside while exercising. The front desk and insurance employees are friendly and greet you with a smile, My PT is Katie Sobbe and I think she is awesome. I didn't know that was even an option until my 11th visit, but you will be SO MUCH better off. She had two patients, per usual, and I sat texting on my phone for over 10 minutes before another employee came over to help me as she watched the scene play out in front of her. Sadly, this is a regular thing when it comes to Ashley, so you'd better hope you're the one she can pay attention to. She can't keep the information between patients separated and asks you often what you just did. She'll politely yawn in your face and constantly complain about being tired. And my personal favorite, when she asks you how you're doing, and you know for a fact she doesn't listen to the words coming out of your mouth by her responses. I take an hour out of my day to try and get better, but my time isn't worth anything. I had to give up all together and walk out, because I get treated like I don't exist or matter enough at work. If I was ever informed that I could have switched therapists I would have done it after my first visit! So, I will tell you upfront. DO NOT accept Ashley as a therapist unless you enjoy being ignored, not listened to, and have no desire to actually improve.
