In addition, they provided more thorough care and spent significantly more time addressing my concerns. The core issue here is a lack of honesty and transparency. Services were billed without clearly explaining them upfront, resulting in overbilling without proper disclosure. Transparency and clear communication do not appear to be a priority in your practice.

I had just gone from needing a walker to a walking stick. I still had to use a strap to get my leg into bed or up onto the plinth and literally couldn't lift my leg a hairs breath without that strap. Logan didn't roll his eyes, shake his head or chuckle at me. He just started me right off and pushed me to a strong ache but not true pain. I always worked up a sweat but never reached the point of swearing at him. We worked together twice a week for about three months on knee movement, strength, and overall balance. Although this is a busy clinic you aren't tripping over each other and it gives you an opportunity to watch other therapists. They all appeared very professional, supportive and friendly and the clients were kind of role models for me.
