These are all very nice people. However, the therapist (Jayme) was not a good match for me. I came…read morein due to a pain in my upper arm. In the diagnosing appointment the therapist moved from analysis to treatment without telling me. She started deeply massaging my shoulder head and neck and was hurting me. I told her "that hurts", and then "that hurts a lot". And she didn't stop. I finally asked what I should say to get her to back off and she said to say "that's too much". I should have realized then I wasn't in the right place. While the pain in my upper arm quickly went away, each appointment made my neck worse. The massages and the assigned exercises irritated my neck each visit. I asked if she ever uses ultrasound to warm up the area for massage, or ice after. She was not interested in leveraging either of these techniques. She suggested I apply heat when I got home, but that made the pain worse. After each appointment I was experiencing severe neck pain, headaches, some nausea and vertigo. After 6 appointments, I canceled all upcoming appointments. I'm sorry I gave it so many visits before I stopped. Its the first time I've been to a PT where all patients/treatments are in one big room. There was a lot of chatting between the various therapists and clients. I was not confident about the distractions/attention being paid during massages and exercises.

I am deeply thankful to Dr. Ben for his compassionate care and remarkable skills. After…read moreexperiencing severe Covid few years ago, I started experiencing persistent breathing problems, sleep issues and severe anxiety along with aggravation in back pain. All the heart and lung scans, and blood tests requested by conventional doctors were negative and I was asked to just live with the breathing issues which were told to be common after Covid and take over counter pain killers for my back pain. I didn't want to take medicine all my life and solve the root case. These issues did not let me have any restorative sleep each night and also affected my work and left me no energy to take care of my young kids when schools opened up after pandemic and everything moved "on-site". I did visit a Chiropractor in Redmond three years ago who hurt me and pinched a nerve in my right shoulder and I was little wary trying out Chiropractic treatment again. After a bout of TMJ recently coupled with so many health concerns which my conventional doctors seemed to give up on, I found Dr Ben while querying ChatGPT for skilled Chiropractor on the East side and felt peaceful and restored right after the first session with him. I walked away feeling less blurry in my left eye and felt lot of my anxiety melt away after the first adjustment he performed on my neck and upper back. It felt like a miracle! I see him twice a week since last 8 weeks and most of the issues I was experiencing are resolved or are on the path of resolution. I get restorative sleep all night and I can engage more with my family and life on day to day basis and can do things I wasn't able to do during last few years. I wholeheartedly recommend his clinic to anyone who wants to regain their energy, calm, and joy in life. P.S. I remember the Physician Assistant at one of the doctor's office tell me three years ago - "There are many people in Seattle area who have sensitive back due to the cold weather and have breathing issues after Covid and it's a part of life and you need to use steam to breathe better and use hot packs to activate the tense back muscles and when you wake up." I would encourage all those folks in Seattle area who have back issues or breathing issues to check out Dr Ben's Clinic and give Chiropractic a try as sometimes aligning the nerves, joints and spine can help those too :)

Dr. Greenwade is more than a DC. So yes there were a couple adjustments but also detailed assessment of what was bothering me, and prescribed exercises. After a few appointments I'm 80% back to (my) normal.

I pursued physical therapy with no expectations or prior knowledge of what to expect. Dry needling, similar to acupuncture, was super intimidating to me but Aaron made the process easy. He was friendly, approachable, and ready to answer all my questions. Although I was scared, my body felt safe to relax and the dry needling in my traps made me cry tears of relief on the table! It was the somatic healing I never knew I needed. I found the Synergy PT office from a list of providers accepted by my insurance and was able to book an appointment super easily. The office is located in a small business lot with readily accessible parking. I'm beyond pleased with my results after only a month of treatment. I highly recommend visiting Aaron Lee for your PT needs.

At this clinic, you get to see your main provider for the entire visit, every visit. They do not pass you off to an assistant starting with your 2nd visit who just runs you through the same script over and over again. I have endured a crazy amount of PT over the course of my life at probably at least 10 different clinics and this is the best experience I have had.

I have used MTI Physical Therapy for two/three separate issues/injuries…read more Shoulder - Years back, I had a shoulder injury and worked with Michael Okada for about 2 months. He was able to diagnose some improper shoulder mechanics that eventually led to my injury and help me through a training program (and education) to strengthen and essentially re-teach my body to properly displace weight properly. My shoulder strength is much stronger now and I also now strength train with much better form when doing chest and shoulder workouts without the shoulder strain I used to get. Ankle pain - I went in for a Running Analysis with Robin McGuire. Two separate sessions, one for initial review and second for analysis and go forward plan. She was able to help diagnose certain areas that were lacking flexibility and strength that were causing a bit of ankle pain even in shorter 2-3 mile runs. With the training and strength program, it definitely helped me increase my runs and eventually get to the half marathon race I was aiming for 2 months later. Hamstring/Lower Leg Injury - Sadly only a month after my Half Marathon race (July 2025), I badly injured my leg/back due during a furniture moving accident. To the point where I was not even able to walk without intense pain or limping for about 2 weeks. I went back to Robin and we had to completely revamp my physical therapy program, as I still had hopes plans to do a Half Marathon in September, October, and then my first full Marathon in January 2026. Robin worked with me great, lots of education and helping diagnose a deeper variety of issues I had going on with my body mechanics that was beyond just the initial ankle injuries. A training program that modified as my mobility and strength built. Needless to say, I was able to do the two half marathons (first one was power walking), and actually run the entire Marathon in January which is impressive once again considering only 5-6 months prior I couldn't walk. The MTI Bellevue office has great hours and its a nice clean facility, front staff is always professional. Sessions always start on time. I highly recommend MTI Bellevue for any physical therapy and sports needs. I think all the team is great. I highly recommend Robin especially for anyone who is working on foundation/baseline for running.

Absolutely Outstanding!…read more I've dealt with patellar instability in my right knee for nearly eight years. Walking down stairs or going long distances was painful, and honestly, I was pretty skeptical that physical therapy would help. But Robin completely changed my mind. From the first session, Robin's expertise, patience, and genuine care were evident. She created a targeted plan to strengthen and stabilize my knee, and over time, I saw real results. For the first time in years, I can walk downstairs and cover long distances without pain. That's something I didn't think was possible. I'm incredibly grateful for her dedication and skill. Robin is simply awesome! Ask for her by name!
