He suggested surgery as a last resort, so I took my referral to SERC because it was close to home. When I went in and found my insurance would pay for 40 visits, I figured that was what would happen. Not so. The staff was excellent, accommodating my travel fee listened to my needs. I can now walk after only 13 visits, not 40! I've had to use a few of their locations in the KC metro based upon my work schedule.... they have always been accommodating and never once raised an eyebrow about my need for different locations.
