Sending me invoices for co-pays for sessions that I've already paid for. Every every single time I get an invoice it is incorrect!!! This practice of inaccuracy and double billing forces me to check my records every single time. This is time consuming and frustrating and begs the question -- how many clients are not checking and end up paying twice? They once sent me certified mail that I had to drive to the post office to pick up, only to discover it was an erroneous bill for hundreds of dollars that I did not owe. I will never go back to ATI -- it's not worth the aggravation.

Both of these therapists were very dedicated to their profession and were so very helpful to me to be sure I was doing the exercises correctly, giving me steady encouragement to improve and always made sure I understood how to do the exercises that I was to do at home between classes to insure that I would have good results. My mom lives here. She has dementia. I retired to the state of Alabama. Mom has visited me two…read moretimes in 3 years. She said she wanted to visit for the Easter holiday. I spoke with Tom Rackliffe who stated he would get her medications together for a 5 day visit. I made airfare reservation and reserved a rental car. I spoke to Tom two days prior to my departure to get my mom and asked him to make sure she had her ID with her. He said he would verify and call back, which he never did. While in the airport, changing planes, I received a call from Tom stating I was not allowed to take my mom to visit. I asked why and Tom stated because she has dementia. She had dementia when she visited the last 2 times! He said doctors orders. I asked who the doctor was and Tom said he was away in Mexico on vacation! When I saw my mom, I tearfully had to explain the reason why she could not fly back with me. Robin Therrien, the social worker, stepped into my moms room and asked me to "contain myself" or I would be asked to leave!!! My mom enjoys "staying" here only because she has dementia. She keeps talking about going back home. I would not recommend this nursing home. The staff is "ok", but tthe management is horrible. I lost out on airfare and rental car, plus parking! And for the social worker to say that to me was horrible.

The therapists "work" with 2 and 3 patients at a time, assigning tasks and walking away to deal with someone else. No one ever took measurements to see what my initial range was or how it had improved. And no one noticed that there was no improvement after several weeks of 2 and 3 sessions each. As it happened, I needed complete joint replacement, which a competent therapist should have suspected. Don't go there if you have any alternative.

I agree with a former post from a Barbara F from South Hadley. I had gone to Attain before when…read morethey were another company. The therapists were a breed in themselves. I went to Attain and I never felt they had my best interest with them. Their were times when I would lay on the table and I was told to do these certain sets. I stared at the PT the whole time. She did know if I did 10 or 50. Then I got a doing great Darlene! One time they were short staffed and had their secretary or office staff telling me what I needed to do, and she actually was critizing what I was doing. What kind of a place is this? They seemed bored, a lack of personality and to be honest since I have left I have spoken to at least 5 people who went there and felt as I did. I also felt that I because I was older, and that they did not really listen to what I had to say, I heard the age thing from those 5 other people. As if I had nothing to say or it was not a big deal. I got away from them fast and found a much better place where it is one on one and people who have had many more years experience and where I made huge strides. that in itself says it all. I call Attain the physical therapy factory place. I guess if you did not know better you would accept it. To me it was apples and oranges, they were ridiculous!
