You shouldn't buy a car that you were told was checked out by their service department and everything was fine to have it break down just three weeks later with a major part needed. The part that is needed so the car will run properly cost anywhere from 3000 to 3500. We Contacted the owner of Wallace and he acted like he wanted to help... but, at the end of the day we were told by him you should have bought an extended warranty. I highly recommend staying as far away from this dealer as possible! Worst decision we ever made!!!! Bad business ethics all the way around!!!

I asked for a diagnostic for the vehicle and they could not provide so I took the vehicle to an auto shop during my test drive. The technician pointed out that everything under the hood had been therally cleaned but there was still evidence of leaking in the Joses and gaskets that were attached to to major components of the vehicle. Long story short the vehicle needs roughly $2000 in repairs. If you buy any trade-ins from this establishment, be sure to get a diagnostic done during test drive because they will clean up and try to hide any faults it may have and sell you the vehicle at highest possible price!
