I even hugged a couple of them. A day or two later, I realized I had lost my GPS unit, and calculated I left it in the rental car, so I called them in Live Oak and told my story. In less then one day, they let me know they had found it and would be available the next day. So....I again experienced these "guys and gals" for the second time. They went to Gainesville to get me my rental and have it onsite in less than 1 hour. That was awesome. I asked for a car, that morning. They did not have it, ordered-received it in less than an hour. Was in a tough spot and they fixed it in real time. No delay.

I even experienced a flat tire within an hour of leaving the location and thankfully with my added protection on the rental reservation, they were able to quickly replace the vehicle for me so I could be on my way to a timely appointment, with zero issues. The State of Florida recently switched their car rental agreement from one of the other big car…read morerental agencies to Enterprise / National. As this Enterprise location is the closest to me, off I went to get my car for a business trip that starts tomorrow. The first thing we noticed is that the rental facility is far nicer inside than I would have expected. Clean, lots of windows, well lit. Sets a nice tone. And the counter staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly processed my rental paperwork for me and we were walking to take a look at the car in under 10 minutes. When I saw that the car only had manual seat controls, I asked if there was something with electric controls (no, I am not a car-seat-control snob. I have a bad lower back and being able to adjust the seat while driving, especially in a rental, helps make sure I can minimize any lower back pain). The agent quickly looked at the other cars in the lot, saw one with electric controls, and switched my original car for that one. Great customer service! The car was a 2015 and clean (and when the cars were not clean, I saw that the desk agents would run out and take them to the car wash station themselves so that the new renter could quickly be on their way and not have to wait). The only reason I am not making this a 5 star review is because I want to see how the actual rental car is during my trip. I'll post an update when I get back.

A couple of weeks after I returned my Avis rental car, I received a "Cleaning fee" invoice of $450…read more I actually thought it was a scam. After a month of no response to my emails requesting photo proof, I contacted our corporate AVIs contact - they did quickly respond. Bottom Line: It is unfortunate that Avis is arbitrarily imposing a smoking fee on my car rental when that could not possibly be the case (I am a life-long non-smoker). Without further investigation or acknowledgment of the facts I have submitted, I am left with no choice but to instruct my credit card company to dispute these erroneous charges. The attached pictures are the "dirt" - a small white pebble that could have been on our foot/boots; possibly salt from Chicago snow. Looking Question to AVIS: Why was this rental not inspected until January 1, 2025, when I returned it on December 29, 2024? Did you even consider the possibility that someone could have accessed the car while it was sitting there, perhaps even on New Year's Eve, to keep warm and smoke?

I rented thru the enterprise website. Not thru a 3rd party 2. I was told from now on, after I reserve online I should call that location to see if they really have cars 3. No where in my reservation email confirmation does it say to do this. It does not say a disclaimer that your reservations are based on availability Attached is the rental checklist you get once you make a reservation. It does not say call the location to make sure they have a car available. I use the term "reservation " very loosely because although the dictionary defines it as The definition of a reservation is something withheld or the act of withholding something Enterprise defines it as more of a roulette situation.

I flew into Tallahassee from Miami to attend an event for my son. There were no car rentals available at the airport! I was in a PANIC!! I googled and found Priceless. I called and spoke to Jasmine. She was just a doll! Very professional and accommodating! She quoted me a price over the phone and sent someone to pick me up from the airport! The driver was so nice (I can't remember his name) Once I arrived at the Priceless location, it was a stress-free experience. They are small business owners who clearly care about the needs of their customers. Ashley is the office manager, and she is also extremely nice and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with them so much, I wanted to hang around a little longer just to chat! They completed my paperwork and sent me off in my cute little new Dodge Charger! Upon my rental return, I had a chance to meet another employee who was seated at the desk by the door. He was very nice and conversational as well! Ashley even took me to back to the airport!
