I cannot say enough FANTASTIC things about Priceless Rental of Tallahassee!!! You guys came through for me and are well deserving of my FIVE STAR rating! I flew into Tallahassee from Miami to attend an event for my son. There were no car rentals available at the airport! I was in a PANIC!! I googled and found Priceless. I called and spoke to Jasmine. She was just a doll! Very professional and accommodating! She quoted me a price over the phone and sent someone to pick me up from the airport! The driver was so nice (I can't remember his name) Once I arrived at the Priceless location, it was a stress-free experience. They are small business owners who clearly care about the needs of their customers. Ashley is the office manager, and she is also extremely nice and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with them so much, I wanted to hang around a little longer just to chat! They completed my paperwork and sent me off in my cute little new Dodge Charger! Upon my rental return, I had a chance to meet another employee who was seated at the desk by the door. He was very nice and conversational as well! Ashley even took me to back to the airport! I rented this car on Priceline. It stated everywhere unlimited miles and I paid Priceline for the car when I brought it back the next day they added extra miles at a total of 225 additional dollars because they said that unlimited miles is considered 200 miles so be aware of this place. I am pursuing legal action against them right now and Priceline is reviewing their company right now for possible removal from their platform because of all the complaints about being charged for mileage when it states unlimited mileage on the profile so they are conducting an investigation right now and they said they may refund my money, but this is terrible of this crooked place to do this once you are taken off from the airport or whatever to their property they turn to unlimited mileage rental into something different that gets them about four times the money that you agreed to very greedy I talked to the owner did not care whatsoever. The Fella at the place is very well-versed on how to take care of customers and feed them a line of BS to protect the company. Somebody is going to do a good class action lawsuit about this place read the reviews. It is terrible. Do not rent a car from this place or you're probably going to regret it. Nasty place and nasty car. The car reeked of smoke and the tank was 1/3 full. Any attempt at communication was ignored.

1 Star is being too generous!!!! I rented through Priceline and their website stated my rental came with unlimited mileage. Well, it's three months later and now the company (Priceless) is charging me almost $300 for mileage overage. Went to the business on Blountstown Hwy and they printed out their "policy" and didn't listen to a thing I said. Watch out for this company charging you fraudulently months after renting from them. If you've rented from them I would request a new credit card immediately before you get hit with an unexpected charge on your account. This place is a dump and the operators are scumbag scam artists. First they are located FAR from the airport so you're going to spend $20+ for each trip to and from their location so add that to the tab. Then when I got their they raised the price that I had booked for (making it just as expensive or more as the legit rental agencies at the airport) and said there was nothing they could do because it was 'the computer" that was doing it. When I told them I wanted to cancel again "the computer" wouldn't let them cancel it and I would have to take it up with my credit card company to cancel the reservation. When I took it up with the credit card company they fought it and claimed that I had never cancelled the reservation and had not shown up to pick up the car. Rent from them at your own risk. They deserve to be out of business. Of course this is aside from the fact that their location is a DUMP and their cars are totally beat up. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I used an app to place this reservation. I will no longer use Expedia or Priceline because they allow this grimy company to do business on their platform. I prepaid for the rental and purchased insurance from Expedia. The first thing out of the agent's mouth was we do not accept that coverage and you must purchase insurance through us. The next thing that devalued my experience was additional fees and a huge deposit. I should have known when a clerk on the opposite side of the room started laughing (when our clerk said oh you booked through Expedia) it was about to be a problem. Rented what was supposed to be a Toyota Camry or other Full sized vehicle. I arrived to a Hyundai Kona suv. They limited my miles to 400 for a 2 day rental while I was checking out. there was nothing mentioned during the reservation about limited mileage. it's .55 per mile over too. scam artist thief scummy rip off foreigners at this rental place. dirty cars, dirty location, I should have canceled and went to hertz. I don't want to put any stars at alllll!!! First time renting they didn't have my reserved car I ended up cramping my kids in a charger to travel to South Carolina. Second go round they didn't call my to even tell me the car wasn't there my reserved time when it finally came in they were packed rushed me in the car my fault not checking behind adults and a business while in their presence. There were 3 cracks in the vehicle windshield I notified the guy that my contract i my stated chip not crack he said they mean the same thing and was aware of the cracks. Return the vehicle and informed them that it does not need to be rented again until windshield repaired due to it raining and seeping through the cracks he said ok. I leave and boom he's trying to charge my card $500 twice then $250 indicating I'm responsible for the crack in the window!!! Then stayed I can call my insurance and it'll be free they want me to pay for some damage that was already done. He took photos I told him compare it to the photos taken when I got the vehicle you cannot see any crack or chip in the windshield from a computer screen photo. He indicated the photos he take automatically uploads into the system so he didn't have his new pics to compare. I now see why the reviews are what they are! Scam company and ready for court if they think I'm allowing my insurance to go up because they failed to fully inspect the vehicle. He then agreed that the guy who took the photos did a bad job because he should've got the entire windshield to back their claim. I told him to contact the guy that rented the vehicle he indicated he couldn't get hold of him but then said he spoke with him and he said it was only a chip just lies on top of lies I'm ready for court!!! read more

Be very careful doing business with the Tallahassee branch of Priceless. Make sure that you walk out of there with an actual rental agreement. They will say they are emailing it to you, but what you receive in the email is not going to be the correct daily rate. If I could give this business Zero stars, I would. I rented a car through Priceline. I was quoted $36/day after taxes. 3 days into the rental, I called the main customer service number and spoke with Stella asking to extend the rental. The only information she gave me was that the additional charges would go on the same credit card. At no time did she tell me that the cost per day was going to jump from $36 to $54. At no time did anyone at this very unprofessional Tallahassee branch of Priceless tell me that the cost was going to go up by nearly $20/day. Imagine my surprise when I dropped the car off and the bill was about $200. 00 more than I expected or was quoted. They tried to show me my contract, which was never provided to me at the time I picked up the car, which has the $54/day rate on it. I never saw this before I dropped off the car. I never would have agreed to rent a car from them for $54/day. I went to them because their name is Priceless and I didn't want to pay Hertz/Enterprise prices, which is about $54/day. I was told by the business that I had to contact their corporate office. I did that. I even sent the manager at corporate, Chris McCallum, the email I received when I picked up the car, which says $36/DAY. Guess what Chris did! He called the Tallahassee office and simply asked them. Surprise! They said, no of course we gave her the correct rate. And so ends my experience forever with Priceless. Good luck to any of you who use them. Get everything in writing before you leave with a rental car, and get a physical copy of the rental agreement, and read it very very carefully. Tried to rent a car from them and couldn't due to their website having conflicting information as far as deposits. They claimed they couldn't rent to me without the full deposit even if they wanted to due to corporate policy then cited that they are a franchise and can charge a deposit higher than corporate locations. As they said with me "you can't pick and choose info" but apparently they can when it benefits them. The deposit required for a debit card on their corporate site was $150 but I was told it was $400 at their location. Terrible customer service and people skills from their manager. read more

The business model is set up to scam you and cahrge you a whole bunch of extra money at the end. You dont see this until you get your credit card bill and you faint. Stating I was paying $50.00 a day, yet charging my card $95. Do yourself a favor and rent a car from anyone else. You'll pay half the price and get the car you actually reserve. No car was available at the time i had reserved. After waiting over an hour a car became available. However, the car was not properly inspected. After pulling off the lot I immediately noticed the car wobbled a bit, which should have been very evident to the staff who pulled the car around. I got on the interstate and drove for a bit before calling the office. The staff person said it was probably just the alignment and should be fine. I asked if there was another store i could swap out with in case it got worse. He explained this is an independent franchise so there wasn't anything they could do. Once I made it to my destination I did not drive the car again til my return trip because of the terrible ride. Before returning i looked under the car and noticed the driver's side wheel was bald to the point of exposed threads causing the tire to buldge. The office was not opened yet and i needed to return home. So I pulled into a tire store and had the tire replaced and even had them put the old tire in the trunk so Priceless could see it. It has been a few months and i have not been reimbursed for the tire. I called regularly for the first several weeks and was constantly told they would "check" on it and call me back. Not once did I receive a call back. Instead was told it somehow must have been my fault. I would recommend spending the extra couple dollars and rent from a national chain that can help you if you get stuck out of town with a car that is unfit for the road. read more

Scam artist!!! Walk before you rent from here!! I am also reporting them to the better business bureau. When we arrived to rent the car my wife mention to them that the tread on the front right tire was low. They informed us that they check it with a gauge and when it gets down to the mark they change the tires(apparently right before it blows but you pay for it not them).The car smelt like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be none smoking. When we returned to clean the car to make sure we got our deposit back we found the cause and it was a Newport cigarette butts under the front seat(that's how well the car was cleaned /disinfected during the COVID pandemic). After returning the car detailed and in better shape than we got it. I waited and waited on my deposit. After repeatedly reaching out to them they finally returned $222 of the $322 I left for the deposit. After my wife contacts them again they tell her it was due to a nail they found in the tire. A plug cost five dollars to fix at a tire shop not a hundred even though I wouldn't have known if their where a nail before I got the car or if their was ever a nail at all in the tire. (A new tire for this car cost about $100 so I basically bought that tire that needed to be replaced for them) So when I call personally to talk to them about it she says she'll take my number down and he will call me back within one - two business days. I never recieved a call back and now have gotten in touch with their corporate office about the matter.
