As this Enterprise location is the closest to me, off I went to get my car for a business trip that starts tomorrow. The first thing we noticed is that the rental facility is far nicer inside than I would have expected. Clean, lots of windows, well lit. Sets a nice tone. And the counter staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly processed my rental paperwork for me and we were walking to take a look at the car in under 10 minutes. When I saw that the car only had manual seat controls, I asked if there was something with electric controls (no, I am not a car-seat-control snob. I have a bad lower back and being able to adjust the seat while driving, especially in a rental, helps make sure I can minimize any lower back pain). The agent quickly looked at the other cars in the lot, saw one with electric controls, and switched my original car for that one. Great customer service! The car was a 2015 and clean (and when the cars were not clean, I saw that the desk agents would run out and take them to the car wash station themselves so that the new renter could quickly be on their way and not have to wait). The only reason I am not making this a 5 star review is because I want to see how the actual rental car is during my trip. I'll post an update when I get back.

She was just a doll! Very professional and accommodating! She quoted me a price over the phone and sent someone to pick me up from the airport! The driver was so nice (I can't remember his name) Once I arrived at the Priceless location, it was a stress-free experience. They are small business owners who clearly care about the needs of their customers. Ashley is the office manager, and she is also extremely nice and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with them so much, I wanted to hang around a little longer just to chat! They completed my paperwork and sent me off in my cute little new Dodge Charger! Upon my rental return, I had a chance to meet another employee who was seated at the desk by the door. He was very nice and conversational as well! Ashley even took me to back to the airport! I had to get a rental car while my car was in the shop and they were very accommodating to making…read moresure that I was handled with care. Due to dropping my car off early in the morning I wasn't sure if I would be able to get everything done before I had to be at work. On the way to dropping my car off someone from the Hertz called to confirm that my shuttled that I had scheduled should still meet me at the body shop to pick me up. This was amazing because I didn't have to call them to confirm or worry that I wouldn't have a ride to get to them. Someone picked me up in a matter of minutes of me dropping off my car and I was well on my way to getting my rental that the insurance company had reserved. Once I got there I was immediately assisted and was placed in a rental car. The only thing that I would have to say is it took them a while to get my rental gassed up and washed and ready for me to just go which resulted in me being late for work. Once everything was situated the gentlemen who was assisting me walked around the car with me noting any damages or notes about the car prior to me driving off. He was also very helpful in informing me of their gas plan as well as insurance policy if I didn't want to use my own. Once we both agreed that everything was good I electronically signed the paperwork and was well on my way. Once my car was done at the body shop I was able to return my rental with no problems and they had someone driving the shuttle ready to take me to the body shop to get my car. Although due to the circumstances of being without my car for a couple days Hertz made my experience very accommodating as if I didn't miss a beat not having my own personal car.

I would recommend renting from a company off-airport to avoid the trouble since it seemed like the other companies here also did not have cars available.

The guy at the desk in the tallahassee airport informs me they don't have my premium suv there and they can offer me something smaller. I purchased the biggest suv because that's what I needed. So after charging me alot extra they gave me 2 vehicles that were smaller. So 30 minutes into our trip the tire pressure light comes on, I stopped to put air in the tire, it stay inflated until we reached our destination, then goes completely flat. I waited 2.5 hours for a tech to change the tire then, I was told to take the vehicle and exchange it at a place in Orlando. The place I was told to go then tells me they don't have a vehicle to exchange for me. How had no one checked to see that before I was referred there. No I'm stuck 4 hours away from home with a donut tire on my vehicle. After I informed then there was no vehicle at the location they sent me to, then i was told someone would contact me with further instructions. 26 hours later still no contact with further instructions. I dealt with the local branch, the customer service reps, and the roadside assistance department, every single one lied and were very unhelpful. I have nothing good to say about this company. Also looking at other reviews this is typical service for them. This is the worst company with the worst employees. I will never use them again and I will be reporting them to better business bureau.

After a month of no response to my emails requesting photo proof, I contacted our corporate AVIs contact - they did quickly respond. Bottom Line: It is unfortunate that Avis is arbitrarily imposing a smoking fee on my car rental when that could not possibly be the case (I am a life-long non-smoker). Without further investigation or acknowledgment of the facts I have submitted, I am left with no choice but to instruct my credit card company to dispute these erroneous charges. The attached pictures are the "dirt" - a small white pebble that could have been on our foot/boots; possibly salt from Chicago snow. Looking Question to AVIS: Why was this rental not inspected until January 1, 2025, when I returned it on December 29, 2024? Did you even consider the possibility that someone could have accessed the car while it was sitting there, perhaps even on New Year's Eve, to keep warm and smoke?
