We are demanding a FULL REFUND immediately. My company uses I.F. for HSA and commuter benefits…read more For my HSA, they denied legitimate claims from two different dentist offices which I made in-person each time at the dentists' offices. They told me 2 months after I made the purchases (In February the next year) that my card would be cancelled. Since I went to the dentist in December, and I had until March 31 to scramble to get documentation. Each time I called, the Customer Service couldn't tell me why they were denied, just that they were. I.F. recently redid their commuter benefits site. You can NO LONGER choose at the time of making a monthly deduction if you want it to be ongoing or just a one time deduction. You have to go in the next month and turn off/set to zero the deduction if you don't want it monthly. That's one service they took away. They also are not transferring the previous commuter balance until August. They are holding our money hostage, we cannot use it, until August, leaving people stranded for the month of July.

Representatives were unable to help me link my accounts and tech support had to get involved. This was such a time consuming process. If their online account servicing actually worked, I would not have had to keep calling the company. When I called the representative was not able to see the previous representatives notes. Waste of time on both ends! Each time you call it takes 6 minutes to verify your account. If they had automated prompts, it would go faster. TL DR: Something that should have been resolved in one phone call, took six.
