I would not recommend. I went in for a hair cut and partial…read morefoil. I wanted my long hair cut straight across in the back, some layers, thinned at the bottom, textured at the crown and the tone of my color at the time changed. None of this happened. 1. Issues with stylist. I was unhappy with my cut and the salon or stylist has yet to resolve. a. Got my hair done April 24th. Stylist took 40 mins to finish the girl in her chair. My appointment was for 3, she started me at 3:40. I just had a baby and have 5 kids so time is limited. b. I let the girl know I was unhappy with my last cut because it was longer on 1 side. She did the same thing but worse. My frame pieces are about 1 1/2 INCH longer on the right. Like left side starts at chin and right starts at collar bone. Looks like shit up. I tried to fix but the right is still longer because it needs razored. c. I hated the tone of my hair went I went in and I was adamant about my disgust for the color. My roots are dark ash and the color on my hair was brassy. She did not have a jade toner to fix it but didn't tell me that until after she put highlights in. So my brown is the same color. I would have paid for 2 colors but didn't know that was an option until she hurried me out the door because she wanted to go home. d. Stylist charged me 5$ more for every service. Cool for a master stylist lol. e. Didn't put in conditioner or flat iron my hair. She wanted to curl it to hide the mistake. She did put olaplex oil in but not the same. f. There is a huge blob of bleach in the front framing pieces. g. She said it was too tricky to cut long hair one length in the back and cut it in a V shape. No texture and didn't thin the ends. My hair is thick and heavy. 2. They are independent contractors not employees. Salons hold employees more accountable than contractors. a. I was unhappy and didn't want the same girl. Since they are contractors you have to go back to the same person. So they don't care if you are unhappy. Salons with Employees would have a manager or owner fix your hair. b. I left a message the next day for the owner or a manager to call back and 3 1/2 weeks later nothing. c. Even if I scheduled with the girl who screwed up my hair she doesn't have an appointment until may 27th a the month after my date. I was told I would have to wait a month to get my hair fixed. At that point it would be a whole nother haircut. I don't like to pay good money for crap hair or to go back or get shot down to go back to get it fixed. NTM I don't get much time off the kids so I wasted it here. I'm going to try 2nd ave Salon in Yakima and pay $70 for a better haircut.

She was…read morevery considerate of the fact that I'm pregnant and reassured me that there were no harsh chemicals in the products she would be using that could harm baby. When it came to positioning, she made sure that I was all settled and comfortable prior to beginning the facial. She was considerate enough to ask if any scents bothered me that she should avoid. I was in love with her before she even began the facial! The whole experience was amazing. I have not been that relaxed in a long time. I did not realize how badly my skin needed Karla to work her magic! Afterwards she was kind enough to recommend products for my skin care and stretch mark prevention with some advice on how to incorporate them into my daily routine. Again, Karla is simply amazing. I will be making a point to go see her more often. The gals that were at the front desk were also very welcoming and kind (with great personalities too!). They pointed me in the direction of the products that Karla recommend and were beyond helpful. Great team of fantastic women! Highly recommend this Spa/salon!
