Coming from Seattle where there are a plethora of great services available this is such an exciting moment to see happen in my hometown. From the private entrance to walking inside, you can really feel the serene energy set. The gals here are so sweet and helpful in getting things situated from start to finish. Crystal, performed my injections and was very thorough in going over what I was after, and I really appreciated her taking the time to explain things. Very warm and personable! I can't wait to come back to try the various other facial treatments. You will find all the latest skincare technology here that you do in Seattle!

I started with Adrianne when she worked for another Salon in Yakima. I originally was a customer…read moreof the salon owner, but she would often cancel appointments made well in advance, without much notice. I rescheduled with Adrianne & have been a loyal customer ever since! The eyebrow results were also far better, with a more natural look. Adrianne eventually moved out on her own and has never looked back. All but one of her regular clientele followed her to the new location, located on the opposite side of town.....which speaks volumes about her practice!! She does AMAZING Work!!! I'm a regular customer for Bikini & Eyebrow Waxing. However, I've also had Facials, Chemical Peels & Microdermabrasion treatments and she is WONDERFUL! She is very thoughtful & caring and her waxing is pain free. Typically, I book 4-6 weeks in advance to make sure that I have the appointments that I need, as she is in HIGH Demand! I recommend her business any opportunity I have and purchase Gift Certificates for friends and family. They make great gifts for Birthdays & Bridal Showers! This is the highest quality Waxing Studio in the Yakima Valley......and I have been to a few!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. As a business owner myself I definitely recommend to not spend…read moreyour money in a place where they come off greedy and lack professionalism and customer service. Trying to argue with a customers is unprofessional and definitely not a good look. Instead of trying to argue that you explained a policy that YOU DID NOT. The fact that my son had a MEDICAL emergency & I have NEVER BEEN TO YOU & not able to make it alone should of been good enough for not being able to come. On top of that I'm being sent passive aggressive texts. My company also has a cancellation policy, However I have never tried to charge a client who has a family emergency going. I also have never charged a client who's coming to see one of my artists for THE FIRST TIME & are unable to keep their appointment. Save your money and go to a place that's professional and knows how to speak to clients & potential clients.

Assuming they would finish up soon, I waited for my scheduled time (2pm). 20 minutes rolled by without my presence acknowledged, so I left and will be taking my business elsewhere. Though I'd only been once before, I'm disappointed--I was happy with my service the first time, but I don't have time to wait or be bumped by someone else's appointment without being for-warned.
