Assuming they would finish up soon, I waited for my scheduled time (2pm). 20 minutes rolled by without my presence acknowledged, so I left and will be taking my business elsewhere. Though I'd only been once before, I'm disappointed--I was happy with my service the first time, but I don't have time to wait or be bumped by someone else's appointment without being for-warned.

From personal experience, she left me waiting for 1 hour while I could hear her laughing in her office next door. I just walked out because I felt so disrespected with my time. The worst of all she treated me for a service with faulty equipment she knew did not produce results that was told to me by employees working there at the time.
