When I apologized and asked if I was too late to come in. She asked me how far out I was. 3 blocks away I said. She responded by telling me to "get your ass in here". When I wrote to Dr. Franks about my experience she replied with an "apology" but admitted that her receptionist often disrespects people...but doesn't mean it. She went on to say that there were many "people who would love your spot if you don't want it". If you are reading this, you can have my spot, but I wouldn't take it. Reputable medical clinics don't use vulgarity towards their patients and smugly say that they can find someone else to bill.
