Hers is the best and most attentive medical care I have received in years. She is very knowledgeable and will get to the bottom of your health problems or concerns. Involves and educates the patient too in making healing changes in addition to providing needed medications and supplements, where appropriate. Also she offers Telehealth appointments. She is my new GP in this area and I trust her care implicitly. She has helped me more with my chronic asthma than the best MD pulmonologist, specialist I could locate in Southern Ca. I am symptom free for the first time in five years - very quickly, after following her protocols.

When I apologized and asked if I was too late to come in. She asked me how far out I was. 3 blocks away I said. She responded by telling me to "get your ass in here". When I wrote to Dr. Franks about my experience she replied with an "apology" but admitted that her receptionist often disrespects people...but doesn't mean it. She went on to say that there were many "people who would love your spot if you don't want it". If you are reading this, you can have my spot, but I wouldn't take it. Reputable medical clinics don't use vulgarity towards their patients and smugly say that they can find someone else to bill.
