Wenatchee was an undiscovered gem of a town, but not any more. Like Professional Skin Solutions,…read moreit's been discovered. Last year, before leaving town, I tried on a whim to get in with Shawna but she was completely booked. With the booming growth in her practice, she'd been mentoring Tiffini; a seasoned practitioner who'd been brought on board. Like most people, I'm resistant to change and was reluctant to work with any one other than Shawna - ultimately deciding, "no". After hanging up the phone, my reasonable self concluded that any person Shawna would mentor and put complete trust in, would be worthy. I called back and was able to be seen by Tiffini. She is definitely a gem! I highly recommend her and will see either Shawna or Tiffini Trusting them equally!

The room was warm, comfortable, and had the perfect amount of music and water sounds. The facial itself was focused on a deep clean, exfoliation, and clearing pores. It was full of delicious, non offensive scents that smelled like lemon cello, peanut butter, cherry, fruit punch (not artificial), green tea, eucalyptus and peppermint. I'm so happy I found this place, and will surely be back. Much better than another local day spa that we will call "Turmoil"

Although very apologetic and I was understanding because things do happen I waited 25 minutes. She stated she had been working on the client before me since 11:00 am and my appointment was at 2:00. Julie was very professional but did not use 40 minutes to do a complete facial and I left without feeling like she did a thorough job requiring me to come back to finish and pay another $350 dollars. I told her I couldn't afford that and that I was quoted what I paid that day including follow ups. I made an appointment for a follow up but called back the next day for clarification. I cancelled my appointment not able to talk to Julie and I made it clear that they needed to quote a price accurately and make it very clear to new clients what the price would actually be. I got the basic pedicure and the gentleman helping me was very sweet. The pedicure is the best I have had in town and the gentleman took his time. He also helped me pick out a glittery pink that flattered the hot pink polish I chose. During the manicure, he paid attention to my cuticles which I appreciated. The gel manicure was executed perfectly and you could tell the staff take pride in their work. I'll definitely be coming back and recommend this nail salon to anyone in the valley. The location is conveniently on the Avenue, and sets up a day of shopping in downtown Wenatchee.
