Julie was very professional but did not use 40 minutes to do a complete facial and I left without feeling like she did a thorough job requiring me to come back to finish and pay another $350 dollars. I told her I couldn't afford that and that I was quoted what I paid that day including follow ups. I made an appointment for a follow up but called back the next day for clarification. I cancelled my appointment not able to talk to Julie and I made it clear that they needed to quote a price accurately and make it very clear to new clients what the price would actually be. I got the basic pedicure and the gentleman helping me was very sweet. The pedicure is the best I have had in town and the gentleman took his time. He also helped me pick out a glittery pink that flattered the hot pink polish I chose. During the manicure, he paid attention to my cuticles which I appreciated. The gel manicure was executed perfectly and you could tell the staff take pride in their work. I'll definitely be coming back and recommend this nail salon to anyone in the valley.
