I love Dr. Bipat, her care is spot on and thorough. However, you can rarely get through over the…read morephone and it is a significant dissatisfier. It is a plus that you are able to get weight management however the process is not ideal for those on a busy schedule. Everyone is quite nice in the moment however when it comes to scheduling it could be better. I have been given the run around and not provided clear instructions on the processes they have in place. Especially when all you're having is a telehealth visit. I wouldn't recommend this practice given these reasons and I will not be returning.

They have a weight management program and it is great, I have lost over 30 pounds! Now there is a process but it is very manageable and flexible. I have recommend Dr. Bipat to my family and friends and they all love her & her staff. It is also a Back owned business which is such a plus. Ever since Dr. Ramanan left it's been complete and utter chaos. If a patient has a balance it is the office responsibility to communicate that . I was refused service today for a bill from 2022!! I have been seen since then, with co-pays collected. Furthermore if I have a balance why wasn't I told when I scheduled?! I scheduled my appt through the front desk, not the scheduling service. This office not only dropped the ball tremendously, but would not take accountability for it at all. Even the office manager was rude. They claimed to have mailed statements. But I haven't received anything from their office. If I were you I would not waste your time here, no compassion. I work in the medical field and would always refer this office. Will never do that again. And if you are smart and care about your health you will seek care else where also. Lackadaisical staff makes the providers look back.
