My PCP was attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I got the best care I've ever received. However during and after the pandemic this place has become a complete disaster. The turnover for the front desk is base on students coming and going so when you call and put in requests they don't always make it to the right person. They've managed to charge me for things that we not done and appointments that were cancelled well in advance and will cancel your care if you do not show up regularly and then will put you under review to see wether or not they will reinstate you as a patient. I've never heard of such garbage. I pay my copayments I cancel in time so that I won't get a surcharge for not showing up so the fact that they continue to claim I owe for something I definitely do not owe is crazy business to me. I heard horror stories in the past about this practice and defended this place but now I'm here to let you know that if you go to this place be prepared to be played with when it comes to money. It's no longer warm and welcoming the waiting room is depressing good luck on your search for quality care though because this isn't the place I will ever recommend ever again.

Dr. Mathews is the most wonderful neurologist in all of the country! I say this because she doesn't…read more just get you in and out, she actually takes time to listen with care and understanding. Not only does she use her education to treat her patients, but she also adds her knowledge and wisdom of over 40 years of experience. I love Dr. Mathews and so do all of her patients! She is a wonderful employer as well. She is empathetic, never has a bad thing to say about anybody for all years I have known this beautiful soul. I have had many patients tell me personally that Dr. Mathews has done for them what no other doctor has been able to do for them. This is because she is "old school" she actually uses charts. We are a paper office and she takes the charts home. She researches while putting symptoms, complaints etc. together like a puzzle. All of this is possible due to the support of her staff! Her sister Asha runs EVERYTHING and is amazing! I know NOBODY is perfect, but when it comes to Asha no lies she's not made one mistake since I've been working here! Asha and Dr. Mathews' minds are like elephants! They remember everything about ANY patient down to the detail!( where it is in a pile of charts with the same name!)
