The wait time (most important) was short, and the nurse who received me was kind. Two doctors were in the hallway speaking and visibly saw my pain assured me I was in the right place, and said someone would be with me shortly; the nurse said that I had come to the right place. Soon after, Dr. Daugherty appeared, and his patient bedside manner was impeccable. His calming and soothing demeanor meant the world in fear and uncertainty, for I had no idea what was happening to me. After the ultrasound and the intent discussion and examination, his attention to detail and explanation of the following steps meant the world. I cannot thank the office staff enough, including the scheduler LaShawn. It takes each person's role to orchestrate and execute efficiencies. The physicians would not be able to deliver the way they could daily without the support of the staff, so I commend the unsung heroes who may not get the credit they deserve. THANK YOU. The office staff gets smart on the telphone they threaten to cancel ur appts if u dont confirm them…read morewithin 24 of them calling you a week out from ur appointment most elderly pts cant remember that far out some seniors have trouble with schedules and different doctors, the doctor is unsanitary during procedures, during a vein ablation the doctor dropped the device that was inserted into the vein on the floor made the tech leave the procedure to go and get iodine to clean the device and reinserted into my leg vein, I prayed l did not get any infections from that when he could have just switched the device out for a brand new one he chose to instead clean it with iodine. then went back in for a 3rd procedure and informed the doctor that i could feel the pain from what was being done he ignored the patient and said ur fine u should be use to it by now you know what I am doing and he continued the procedure with the pt in excruciating pain despite the pt crying and informing the doctor of the burning sensation and pain. follow up appointments are canceled due to lack of staff to follow up with the patients in a timely manor as scheduled previously. like for instance your supposed to go back 30days after the procedures to check to make sure all the veins are closed and none reopened but this was rescheduled out two months later just to be told a few days before that ur previously scheduled appt was changed with ur knowledge due to them only have a doctor available one day out the week!! unorganized and the staff has the audacity to get upset over the ohone with the patients as if its their fault that their office is short staffed and cant accommodate the amount of patients they are treating!
