I went there thinking I made an appointment with Dr. Benjamin Pimentel. Instead, a so called doctor named Michael Pimentel met and assisted me. He gave me a business card that reads, "Aviation Medical Examiner. " But I said when I made the appointment, the bio for Dr. Benjamin Pimentel said, "Internist!" Michael Pimentel said he is both! That's when the NIGHTMARE begin! After filling out paperwork and asking questions, Michael Pimentel got upset and told me to get out! He literally came behind me forcing me out the door. The office was unclean and cluttered. He looked disheveled and unclean. After that observation, I should have walked back out the door then. Well...back to the drawing board!

I went in for a regular check up and the so called doctor which does not look like one toke around three hours of doing nothing but talking and showing me his insurance stuff on his computer it was mainly all about him and i was trying to leave but everytime i said ok sounds good he started ranting about other things. Please do not get scammed by this office my insurance just sent me a bill because the doctors office billed them for extra time which was not my fault and the insurance does not cover that. He was just trying to buy time to charge the insurance company money for not doing anything i am filling a Complaint with the insurance company and who ever else i can so no one else gets scammed. It looks like no one ever goes there i cant believe i even let myself walk into a place like that. So nasty

She talks about herself constantly probably to try and cover up for the fact that she is completely incompetent. I can't begin to understand how she has the credentials to counsel others. She jumps to conclusions. Insinuates without uncovering the facts and makes things much worse than they have to be. You've been warned!!!!
