Let me begin by saying this is the first review that I have ever written. I feel compelled to write because of the total lack of concern displayed by this company. While their crew was laying wires for future Spectrum services, they messed up our landscaping, left chunks of mud in our driveway and street and to top it off, cut our existing cable wires. This resulted in our loss of service. This cost me countless hours of my time trying to have this problem resolved. I contacted their on-site Project Manager who told me to call the main office. This, I did, and left two messages. After leaving these messages, I still received no return call. I called again and spoke with one of the owners, who said she would have to speak with her husband about how to handle this. Again, I waited another day and no call. Called again and this time was told the owners were very busy. Well, guess what, so am I. Then this person proceeded to tell me that this issue was really on the original cable company for not properly marking the wires. Not once did anyone even offer an apology. This is certainly not a good reflection for Spectrum Charter. p.s. I did speak with someone today at Spectrum and they were most helpful and apologetic. Shame on you SEI Seal. read more
