I met him at Home Depot on September 28th to pay for the materials he was going to need. Then we gave him a check minus the cost of material to equal half of the cost of what he quoted the whole job would cost. He said that's what he needed to do the job and the balance to be paid when the job was completed. He kept missing day after day. He did not complete the as he promised. Even after the week my son was here he still had not come out to do anything so I finally fired him and hired a true LICENSED CONTRACTOR. Come to find out that the center of the decking Ryan did build MAJORLY SAGGED in the center, was not securely put in the ground(only 2 posts were concreted in the ground), he had torn my ADA ramp up to where it could not be reused, tore up my original 4ft x 4ft deck out in front of my front door, and now has come and STOLE MY WOOD I PURCHASED on my Home Depot card. DONT EVER HIRE THIS THIEF!!! HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY BUILD ANYTHING!!!! TODAYS DATE IS NOVEMBER 8th, 2021.

Mr. Palmisano was hired to do a number of jobs around our property in Diamondhead MS. He assured us…read morehe was competent and that the job would be done in two weeks. We live in California, therefore we were trusting his professionalism for the job he quoted us. I had a feeling there was something amiss when I heard form several people that the work he was doing was below standard. So I decided to go to MS and see the work he did. I fired him immediately. Not only was the work not done, but the work he did do, I had to hire another person to finish. It was so bad, everyone that came over said they would not pay him another penny. Not only did he charge us outrageous prices above and beyond what we had agreed upon, but due to his incompetence I had to hire people to fix his work. For example he changed batteries on our thermostat stating the batteries were dead. He also charged me $20 for batteries that almost broke our AC unit since it was the wrong batteries and it kept tripping out main breaker. He Charged us $150 to fix the garage door and it's still broken. He added an additional $80 to trim the closet when it was already quoted in the original quote, basically double charging us for work which was never done until I showed up in MS. I could go on and on, needless to say STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! Not only is he not licensed, but he's rude, unprofessional, and not to be trusted with ANY WORK!
