It's never fun getting a phone call call stating '' you ceiling is holding water. This could of caused mold . I called a different company and they stated '' they didn't do a Danm thing and you should take legal action'' Not only did I have to pay $700 for the same services but another $3,600 to replace the Sheetrock, insulation, etc. its messed up and as caused hell for me these past two months. They then charged us another $500 for 40 minutes worth of work to ground the pool with copper wire. Wire is expensive but the labor should have been free in my opinion due to them not knowing it was code and required. I would have at least expected them to split the cost with us. 2 stars because the work was done but we won't ever use them again.

He would give me 10% off 20.00 piece that he is charging $254.00 on. But Expert is as reliable and responsible as Dusty's. They honor the warranty from the new unit we bought from Dusty. They come out promptly, are good at diagnosing problems and getting your unit up and cooling again quickly and without unnecessary drama. Michael, one of the A/C techs, has taken care of us for years. I knew his wife and she called him at the first sign of a problem. He is friendly and excellent at what he does. He helped us choose a larger, 2-stages unit with dehumidifier when we saw or unit was underserved. We have Bern very happy with it, ad MYB budge loves it cold, but the dehumidifier keeps it from feeling damp and uncomfortable. We consider Michael like one off the family! He still works there, but at Expert. Other techs have also come out and done a great job, as well. In New Orleans, we had a number of adequate and terrible companies, but on the Northshore, we only ever needed one. I can't say enough about this company!

Seems the last two companies had not been cleaning the Evaporator, probably for over seven years. I rewrapped the lines (which had been seeping condensate after multiple tech repairs), cut out the intake and cleaned the Evaporator coil 4 times. It was bad due to lack of cleaning. I also installed an egg crate filter box return. After hearing 3 different opinions from 4 different HVAC techs, I called Mel. He showed up on time, listened to the saga, and checked the unit. He removed and cleaned the blower (which the last company said they could not access). He said the evap coil looked good and the inflow was fine. I love that Mel does his own work, and he does it right. He was calm, listened and knows his science. Oh, and he took care not to track up our carpet.
