While their crew was laying wires for future Spectrum services, they messed up our landscaping, left chunks of mud in our driveway and street and to top it off, cut our existing cable wires. This resulted in our loss of service. This cost me countless hours of my time trying to have this problem resolved. I contacted their on-site Project Manager who told me to call the main office. This, I did, and left two messages. After leaving these messages, I still received no return call. I called again and spoke with one of the owners, who said she would have to speak with her husband about how to handle this. Again, I waited another day and no call. Called again and this time was told the owners were very busy. Well, guess what, so am I. Then this person proceeded to tell me that this issue was really on the original cable company for not properly marking the wires. Not once did anyone even offer an apology. This is certainly not a good reflection for Spectrum Charter. p.s. I did speak with someone today at Spectrum and they were most helpful and apologetic. Shame on you SEI Seal.

Mr. Palmisano was hired to do a number of jobs around our property in Diamondhead MS. He assured us…read morehe was competent and that the job would be done in two weeks. We live in California, therefore we were trusting his professionalism for the job he quoted us. I had a feeling there was something amiss when I heard form several people that the work he was doing was below standard. So I decided to go to MS and see the work he did. I fired him immediately. Not only was the work not done, but the work he did do, I had to hire another person to finish. It was so bad, everyone that came over said they would not pay him another penny. Not only did he charge us outrageous prices above and beyond what we had agreed upon, but due to his incompetence I had to hire people to fix his work. For example he changed batteries on our thermostat stating the batteries were dead. He also charged me $20 for batteries that almost broke our AC unit since it was the wrong batteries and it kept tripping out main breaker. He Charged us $150 to fix the garage door and it's still broken. He added an additional $80 to trim the closet when it was already quoted in the original quote, basically double charging us for work which was never done until I showed up in MS. I could go on and on, needless to say STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! Not only is he not licensed, but he's rude, unprofessional, and not to be trusted with ANY WORK!
