Well, D Nova was totally different. He not only explained what work was required, he also pointed out deficiencies in the DRHorton new home construction that made the work necessary. He explained it in such a way that I fully understood. He also pointed out framing that was not properly attached so it was coming loose from its original location. When I say that I was impressed, I really was. Although he couldn't perform the work that day, he agreed to get the necessary materials and return the next day. He kept me apprised of what time he would arrive, showed up at that time, did exceptional work and did not take all day to do it. I could tell that he really loves what he does because of how meticulous he was and how he moved around as he worked - he didn't waste any time (mine or his). In my opinion, you couldn't go wrong with using this company for your garage door needs and he does more for the money than I expected.

Even after the week my son was here he still had not come out to do anything so I finally fired him and hired a true LICENSED CONTRACTOR. Come to find out that the center of the decking Ryan did build MAJORLY SAGGED in the center, was not securely put in the ground(only 2 posts were concreted in the ground), he had torn my ADA ramp up to where it could not be reused, tore up my original 4ft x 4ft deck out in front of my front door, and now has come and STOLE MY WOOD I PURCHASED on my Home Depot card. The service technician came as scheduled and arrived on time but noticed a part was missing from the box that I had purchased from Lowe's. I went ahead and paid the fee plus the service charge with a verbal understanding from Paula l, the owner, that they would return to the home once I brought a new box from Lowe's. Bought the new box the next day and have been getting the run around with someone coming back out to fix the final piece of my request. I feel as though since she collected my service fee via phone payment for the initial visit she doesn't want to honor coming back out. Because the second visit the service charge would be waived and I would only need to pay for the labor which I was okay with. She stopped returning my phone calls and answering her text messages. I would have really appreciated her being honest and communicating a bit better. Integrity and honesty as a business owner goes along way. At this point, her company can't fix anything for me and I'll be sure to share my feedback about this business in hopes that that others will take heed as well.
