I was sold Within the first few mins, and I have high standards. I have no idea where all these negative reviews came from, it saddens me that people can't see the other side of it, & are so quick to complain & blame the dr. Im in the field, so I understand why doctors have the policy's they have & I respect them. You have to give it time establish a relationship with trust with any dr you choose & also you have to respect the rules of their practice. If you don't agree with it, then don't become a patient. However, in my personal & professional opinion, it's your loss because she is an amazing dr! Never rushed me, always listens to me, always walks in with a smile & friendly hello, has an amazing memory with her patients & their care. Once you establish your relationship with her, you will feel very safe & secure knowing you have a good doctor. I feel safe opening myself up to her & telling her things about my personal life without the feeling of being judged. She's compassionate. For those who get irritated with the staff, just know a lot of medical assistants come & Go when they realize medical is not the job for them. Nature of the beast. This happens to a majority of doctors offices, it's not the doctors fault. If you have an issue with her staff, let it go until you see her or make an appt so you can tell her personally because she will listen & try to fix the issue. I highly recommend her. Understand the policies of her office( or any office at that) first before complaining or writing a negative review, people are way to quick to tell Their bad experience when whatever issue they have most likely could have been avoided had you done YOUR part of the relationship. You are responsible to request refills before your last pill or the day your out, your responsible to take care of what she asks of you, it's not the doctors or staffs responsibility to stop what they are doing to help you because you waited till last minute or didn't follow policy. Own up To it if you did wait to long & be honest about it when you call & now need them to Rush your requests. Sometimes it can't be done so It means a lot to the staff & her to do your part as the patient to ensure you get the best care & relationship. Trust me it's not hard or a lot. She's trustworthy, a good listener & understanding. Yet I also feel as if that if she needs to be, she will be strict with you, which is actually in your benefit she's only looking out for the best of your care. Don't let the negative reviews discourage you from establishing your relationship with her. I'm blessed to have a doctor I love!

Called Humana to change my doctor immediately then I found a doctor, & even better cause they are attached to Loma Linda Med Center, a top notch hospital, so got appt in 12 days!!! If you're not treated well, leave and give your business to another office who really have good customer service manners!!!

I gave them my insurance card . They say it's in my file. But I got a bill for $593 and it says i have no insurance. I have called their billing Dept. And the Dr. Office multiple times. It's been TWO Weeks. Now still nothing except to say I now owe them $1049.00 now as I had a follow up visit for my blood work results and prescriptions for my diabetes. Wow that's over $400 but my insurance covers that. I called both my insurance Company ( United Health. ) and bye the way they own Optum Healthcare. And Icalled Optum healthcare in murrieta , california , to make sure I was in their network , they said yes. So I went to see their doctor so I could get my diabetes medication also to get a TDap shot for an infection in my finger. .that was June 30th and the follow up was July 14th 2026 it is now 9th 2026 they still have not gotten it straight out or scent to the insurance company for payment. And I am almost done with their incompetence. I have several health problems.I am eighty three I get a fib high blood pressure , i'm diabetic and this is stressing me to my max. When my 16 year old sprained his ankle badly, we received excellent care at the Murrieta Urgent Care facility but especially during the follow-up visit in pediatrics (Wildomar) with Dr. Chandrasena. She was wonderful both in-office and on the follow-up phone appointment. We were given a high quality boot for our son which helped him to navigate his school with his sprained foot and allowed it to heal nicely. Dr. Eastman is my husband's doctor and he's very personable and kind. The pharmacy staff and 1st floor check-in staff are all great too. We so appreciate the caring service we consistently receive at this location.
