This is where the Chef went above and beyond for us-she sent us the full recipes and proposed ingredients(down to the specific brands) so that we could ensure that everything was free from gluten and free from cross-contamination (a shocking amount of spices are processed on the same equipment as wheat). She even was able to find a way to make gluten free Tres Leches and Tiramisu (our favorites). For our wedding cakes! Not only did we make a healthy and super tasty chicken salad with pearl couscous, he also showed us how to make a simple mozzarella appetizer. Isaac was patient with us the whole time and answered all the questions we threw at him. He brought all the food and knives. We supplied the cookware and plates.
