Great place to stay by Stratton and Bromley. Plenty of room and great restaurant and bar on-site.

It's a beautiful mountain and resort but be prepared to be spoken to like a toddler by the customer…read moreservice staff. Not sure of his name but one man in particular was extremely condescending, arrogant, and rude. My fiancé lost his chair lift pass after one run and he didn't have the ticket stub so there was no way for them to look it up. Unfortunate situation but it is what it is. The front desk staff led by a Mr. Roger's look-alike handled the situation so poorly. We walked out of the office after being talked over for 3 mins straight and spoken to like we were 5 years old by that guy. This was my first time coming here but I won't be returning. I'd urge the company to make sure their customer service agents are actually willing to serve customers, not belittle them. If that guy wasn't a complete jerk, we probably would have bought another day pass because the conditions were perfect and we really enjoyed the one run we got in.

Bottom floor also has playroom with fireplace, pool table, ping pong, etc and far right corner has a convenient changing area to walk out to base and a room to store gear. Kid friendly, great for families and or a warm up mountain. Friendly staff and amenities. Nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend.

It's festive and fresh but really truly comfortable from the moment you walk in. The staff is genuinely warm and professional, and Robin at the front desk is a gem of a person. I have stayed twice since they reopened and both times wanted to linger in the lobby on the couches by the fire and take it in-you will too. The restaurant is EXCELLENT. I've tried the hummus and veggies, the chicken tenders, deviled eggs, steak frites, and chicken sandwich. I have high marks for all but consistently across the board, everything has made me say "the Chef treated this dish right". Wine menu is solid and there are awesome cocktails. Our server Eric is a professional through and through. The rooms are exactly as comfortable as you would hope they would be. Beds are great, shower water pressure is solid, there's a mini fridge, and the hotel shampoo and conditioner are actually really good! I have NEVER said that in my life. Some rooms are ski in/ski out, some face the mountain (cool to see the other skiers) some face the road (you won't notice much because the view over the valley is stunning) I say all of this as both a local who is glad this is a part of our community, a seasoned hospitality professional, and a mom of a toddler who agrees on all points except the cocktails. Did I mention they have maple milkshakes? These guys are doing it right.

Location, service and breakfast - 5 stars Room and amenities…read more- 3 stars This place is perfect for anyone planning to ski at Bromley. Large parking lot (gets busy on the weekend, but you should find a space by the end of the ski day) and the place is super clean. It's a bit outdated, but still what you expect in a ski lodge. Main floor has a large fireplace, TV and couches in a spacious sitting area on the main floor, games, plus a standard sized pool table too. Breakfast area and a small bar (takeout window only) also on this floor. Lower level has the arcade room for the kids and it is a huge space. Plus side is it keeps the young ones busy and out of your way if you stay without young children. Downside is the space has many out of order games and others that simply take your money without warning. We lost a dollar on skee ball on Monday. No biggie. Just not marked how much it cost and it wasn't working after four quarters. Also a nice large room for your ski gear on this level. Not a space that makes you feel super comfortable leaving your gear, but I am told they lock it overnight. Small laundry space too. $5 for 2 hours. You can simply add the charge to your room at the front deck. Our room was a standard double and it wasn't bad at all. No balcony or view of the mountain, but we had a large window to open and you'll need it. It was very warm in the lodge itself and our room too with no option to control the temp, so be prepared. Beds were fairly comfortable and sheets were fresh and clean. Shower pressure was the best I have ever experienced and the water was scalding hot. Breakfast was a huge plus on Sunday, but don't expect anything close to that for midweek of if there aren't many guests. I get why they cut things down tremendously, but we went from eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and killer pancakes on Sunday to a small plate of muffins (bran/multiwhatever and blueberry) and they weren't very good. They still had dry cereal, oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese and toast, but a big letdown after being overwhelmed with options on Sunday. No heads up on the major change. We ended up going out for breakfast on our way out of town. Everyone working there were super nice. Rob greeted us when we arrived and went over everything in great detail (ok, maybe not what to expect for breakfast on Monday :) ). The folks in the dining area were very nice too. That is always a plus. Not sure we will ski Bromley again in the near future, but booking this lodge would be a no brainer if we decided to do so.

Ok so this was my first experience ever staying at a hotel...or in this case, an Inn...where there…read moreare ZERO!! employees! Like, you walk in...the keys to your room are in a basket with a piece of paper on the counter, name on that as well. It's very weird. I guess the ...the future? Lemme say a few things..good and bad about that. The Good! Ok...super convenient. In.....and OUT! You drop your key in the basket and bounce. No check-in or check-out. But see! AH! There is also some bad to that...."bad" FOREVER we have ALL dealt with front desk employees. So...we all have gotten used to that, right? Of course. There is some kind of comfort in having a front desk employee there. Thats about all the good...I would say lol The BAD! What if you lock your key in your room on accident? You are basically screwed. Not sure if there is a way to contact anyone to get you back in and yes....they are actual keys! Not the little cards we all see at regular, mainstream hotels. I DID! lock my key in the room the following morning. THANKFULLY! there was ONE employee there...BUT she was there to make the continental breakfast...which I will talk about in a min. She was able to give me my spare key. Thank God. If you need something in the middle of the night...oh well. There is no one there to assist you. They tell you where extra towels are and stuff like that on the paper you get when you check yourself in. It's an Inn...and Inn very close to the slopes. So when there is actual snow and the place is packed....I would assume its similar to being in a college dorm lol Don't get me wrong tho, place is very homey. The common room is incredible and I kept imaging it when I was there....FK! this would be so much fun during ski season and this place is full of people! HOWEVER! People drink and drink a lot. The walls here are THIIIIIIIIN!!! So be prepared for that! BRING. EAR. PLUGS! and use the in room ac unit for the fan to drown out noise from other rooms. You will need it. The views from the rooms are beyond incredible. I have some attached. Beautiful views of the slopes and in the Fall...the colors. The breakfast! FKN! INCREDIBLE!!! She put out all the basics, bagels and whatnot, full muffins...amazing! She made these cinnamon muffins....SO. GOOD!! I too a few home with me to give to my mom haha! Overall, it's a great place. Really is. I would definitely stay again. OH! They allow dogs....for a fee of course...even the super tiny ones. They will know too if you have a dog with you. Cameras....everywhere. It's located on a busy road..so keep a close eye on those pups. The grounds around the Inn are amazing. Cute little pond out back, sitting areas all around. It's a wonderful place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going through Manchester or anywhere near there. Very unique experience. I honestly can't remember ever staying at an Inn before. There is something definitely...better..about an Inn vs staying at one of the big hotel chains. Feels more like....a house? with lots of strangers haha! Thanks for reading, YelperBromleyians! Cheers!

My kids loved the inn and the great room gave us a wonderful place to connect with cousins but...there is very little soundproofing in the rooms and, as a result, it was a bit stressful to try to keep our two (under ten) quite enough that we felt we weren't disturbing other guests. We had issues with the Roku television maintaining a connection to the internet and the hot tub (while lovely) is directly outside a room - you can see into the room while you're sitting in the hot tub. Most other guests seemed understanding...but we definitely got a few frustrated glares.
