Your competitor on the other hand treated us with respect and even offered to clean the David Yurman pieces I was wearing that day while we waited for her to package the gift along with a bottle of water. Best $3,518.13 spent at Neiman Marcus. They won over an existing customer yet again and I will never be returning to your David Yurman store at La Cantera ever again.
