It wasn't too good to be true at all; it was the real deal! Adam gave me the price over the phone (I was still suspicious) and assigned Lesa as my sales associate. Lesa was terrific, the car is beautiful, the price more than fair, and this dealership has earned my trust. No bait-and-switch to get the customer in the door. They did exactly what they promised, and explained everything quickly and seamlessly. I loved my last car, but hated dealing with a certain South County dealership with the initials JB because they promise things they can't deliver, they tell lies, and they are very patronizing to women. The treatment at MB of STL is the polar opposite of that -- Lesa didn't waste my time but she gave me all the time I needed for questions. When I went to pick up my car, she was prepared and helpful. Just in general, this dealership doesn't give off a "sharky" vibe at all. People are relaxed and friendly and everyone seems busy but not ridiculously so. I think they know their product sells itself and they are more focused on making happy, return customers. If you think owning or leasing a Mercedes isn't affordable, go and see Lesa. You'd be surprised!

I bought a 2020 ram 1500 from dean team Volvo. it was well…read moreoverpriced for a used car but based on year it had relatively low mi leage.They did not disclose the issues with the car during negotiations and would not come down at all. I didn't mind overpaying but the lack of transparency with the problems that were discovered after the purchase were disappointing. I asked about fluid changes and was reassured everything was in order-no it wasn't! it cost me $1,345 for radiator fluid flush, front and rear differential and brake fluid change. all that needed to be done at the mileage; would have been to be told that it needed to be done prior to sale. tires were less than 50% and different brands front and rear. That was a $1,560 error on my part. One key came with it so a $440 OEM key fob later! Sunshine revealed a small chip in the windshield! Oh and front dashboard material is coming off the dash. Price to repair Unknown. I'm just disappointed in Dean Team people that didn't have the integrity and honesty to admit the problems in the car and agree to price the car down. I will never deal with them again and I hope anyone looking for a new or specifically used car go elsewhere. This is a dishonest dealership!

My credit wasn't perfect, and I didn't have a lot of capital to put down as a down payment, but Richard Witkowski made it happen...we were upside down, about $5000 on our previous car (purchased a year ago) that we bought from Richard Witkowski -- I have bought 6 from him to date and he ALWAYS takes care of me and my family. He is the best and most honest car salesman I have ever encountered and as a small business owner I've encountered a bunch. I called the dealership to schedule service for the 2019 F250 I had purchased new from the…read moredealership years ago. I had new tires put on my vehicle and Ford will not reprogram the ODB2 setting for tire circumference. This is Ford policy, they refuse to calibrate Odometers. I understand the policy what I do not understand is why the person I was talking to felt it incumbent on himself to treat me with utter disrespect. I was asked, "why would you want to put out of spec tires on your vehicle?" in response to my question, "why would Ford not want me to have an accurate speed?" Two things: (1) This year and model came with different wheel and tire size options so the statement that my tires are "out of spec" is an assumption. (2) It's my truck and I did it because I wanted to. Why do Ford dealers in the Sullivan area lift new trucks, put aggressive tire and wheel packages on them and sell them new - they are Ford, I'm not Ford. People who talk to me this way lose my business. I am no longer a Schicker customer and I know my next heavy duty truck (which I'm actually shopping for right now) is NOT going to be a Ford. Recommendation to the dealer - treat your customers as if you want them to come back to your dealership.
