My own family doctor allows me for a hard-to-acquire fifteen-minute phone interview, whereas both of my in-person sessions were of 1.5 hour and an hour-long durations (I was not even charged for the second visit!). This one time something came up and she missed the phone call for a 15-minute follow-up. She was already upset that she missed the appointment and gave them a call right away to explain. They charged her credit card a no-show fee right away and shut her down on the phone. The fee amount for missing this 15-minute call was higher than the whole 30-minute appointment. I happened to listen in on this call because I was in the car. I was disgusted by how robotic the receptionist sounded and how they treat their long-term customers.

Services & Significance Doctor's visits earlier used to fill me with dread, make me go "meh" or anywhere in between! So, it's unusual and surprising that I now look forward to my routine check-up and consultation sessions, thanks to the fantastic, no-nonsense medical care, advice and referrals that I receive from NP Adrienne. I have immense gratitude plus loads of appreciation and respect for Adrienne - her vast knowledge and experience, empathy, constant help, patience and guidance have helped improve the quality of my life for the better by leaps and bounds over the past many months. Add to that the absence of any upselling or shady business, I can rest assured that I will be infected by neither buyer's remorse nor patient's regret! Ease Peasy The place is central, just a block away from two main Skytrain Stations along the Millennium Line, and mere steps away from several bus stops. There is paid street parking upfront and along Glen Dr, but it can be challenging to find a spot during business hours. Tick-Tock Service Clock It's super-easy to manage appointments online or by calling the reception for speedy service. Medications can be conveniently picked up from the Pinetree Pharmacy (shout out to the amazing Amy and Gabbie!) that adjoins the Clinic's reception area, or from any other pharmacies. Final Verdict If health is wealth, then NP Adrienne and Pinetree Medical Clinic are one of the best wealth managers in the business. Hope they keep up the awesome work!
