During the insertion and removal of the probe the tech kept going too fast and putting pressure despite telling my partner that they could control it, they let my partner control lining it up but did not let them control the actual speed or pressure despite telling them they could take their time with it. My partner left the clinic in pain and deeply upset and feeling violated and is still in pain 12 hours later. I spoke to the manager who seemed horrified and told me they would talk to their staff but now my partner is traumatized. We usually come here for any ultrasound we need, now we are scared to.
