The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice as were all of the people I encountered during the visit. The office is pretty typical not too flashy. They had a nice selection of eyewear. The doctor I saw was Dr. Brent Jones and he was wonderful, thank goodness it wasn't anything serious and he did encourage me to call back if my symptoms got worse. I would certainly recommend this place based on my experience.

Dr. Andrena Woodhams gave a very informative eye exam and was great at explaining the details of how my eyes are doing. After the exam I picked out the perfect frames and ordered some contacts. I thoroughly enjoyed trying on all the stylish frames and the staff was very knowledgable and helpful (and patient) when it came to helping me find the right frames. Their selection of frames cover a fairly broad price range.(I browsed frames from $100-$500+) And all of them are attractive. This allowed me to have plenty of frames to choose from. The second I walked into Memphis Optical, I knew I had an eye doctor for the rest of my college life. The staff were all really friendly, and the doctor had a good working knowledge of everything, and even told me some things that other eye doctors had neglected to mention in the past. The only thing I'm a little uncertain about it the price. The service was great, but after I got my new glasses and some contacts, it did seem a little over what I was used to paying. No biggy, though. I'd rather pay a little more and have my eyes looked after, than pay less and risk getting someone who doesn't know as much.
