I never thought I would review a transportation company but QuickRides is so good, they needed to be given 5 stars. Finding a ride in Sedona is difficult to say the least. There is no Uber, taxis take forever if you can even find one and there you are... wondering how in the heck you're going to get to your destination. Lucky for us, we were told about QuickRides. We called and they showed up in a nice Escalade in 5 minutes. The car was nice and the driver was very professional. I'm not sure how it could have been better to be honest. We even asked if we could make a quick stop to pick something up at the market and of course, it was no problem. Great way to get around whilst in Sedona. read more

It was my first time coming to Sedona, and I was surprised by the absence of Uber or Lyft. However, I was delighted to find Sedona Quickrides. Although my stay was short, I utilized the quickrides service at least 5 or 6 times, and every single time, they were nothing but stellar. They are punctual, efficient, with a fleet of incredible cars ! I was picked several times in a Tesla model X !! I cannot say enough great things about this company. The overall service was good. However, we didn't find out until our driver picked us up (to head to the airport - which didn't leave us time to switch) that our driver wasn't vaccinated. I just called to complain and they said that we needed to request a vaccinated driver. However, i feel that for a highly regarded company, they should have asked our preference or let us know if only unvaccinated drivers were available and let us make that decision. I just spent 2.5 hours in a car with an unvaccinated driver (and I had to ask him to put on a mask). My husband and I of course wore masks. But we had to make some work phone calls on the drive so couldn't leave the windows open at all. Just really frustrated and angry right now! read more

This week I was in Sedona with my handicapped father and had arranged a tour before I arrived with another company with a vehicle accessible for handicapped, but when they came for the tour, they had a large van my dad couldn't get into. Concierge at the resort called QuickRides and they came to our rescue the same day!!! QuickRides came with a sedan, which is the only vehicle my disabled father can easily get into. We were so pleased and happy with our driver, who was an excellent knowledgeable tour guide as well. He was friendly, courteous, and made us comfortable and feel so welcome. The strangers you meet will change your life. That's what happened today when I had the opportunity to meet Cavett. A smile in his voice when I called and on the ready to lend a hand to help me achieve my hiking mission-- requiring expert trail sleuthing. Hiking solo, in the snow on a long arduous trail Cavett over delivered!! The ride was smooth but that's not the point. Some would simply drop me off, some might be impatient with my D level orienteering skills, and some wouldn't care if I accomplished my mission at all. But what was remarkable was how invested Cavett was in helping me reach my goal of hiking the end to end circuitous trail (11.7 miles) but was available to help en route. And get this he even set a timer to make sure he called me based on my end point ETA. Who does that?? As soon as my cell phone had a connection he was my first call! In a world of subpar service and what's in it for me, few care about others, their work ethic or going the extra mile like Quick Rides & Cavett. Eternally grateful! I hired QuickRides to take me from Sedona to the Phoenix airport. They were great. Steve coordinated with me to set the ride time and rate (which was cheaper then many of the alternatives I looked into), and then the driver, Greg, picked me up right on time and got me to the airport earlier then planned. They were professional, the car was neat and clean, and Greg was lovely. I'm not one to usually chat on a long ride like that, but Greg was so nice and interesting, I could help but enjoy his company for the whole trip! This company is unreliable. We were scheduled to get picked up but 30 minutes went by without any communication from the company. We called the driver and the company MULTIPLE times with no response. Absolutely the worst experience and customer service. We were waiting for our pick-up at a winery and no one showed up at the time designated. We gave them about 15 minutes leeway, and still nothing and when attempting to reach out via phone, no answer. Disgusting. When we did get an answer from our original driver, all he could say was that he was sorry. We're on a bachelorette and had dinner reservations waiting... and nothing a SORRY could fix. I booked Sedona Quick Rides for our group of 9 while were staying Sedona last week. They were amazing!! Cavett, Frank, Don & Evan were incredible. Above and beyond anything we could have expected. I spoke with Cavett on the phone and prearranged our transportation prior to our arrival and he was so nice and helpful. We even added more rides while we were there and they were so accommodating, even on short notices as well. They're punctual (even when we weren't) and their vehicles are extremely clean comfortable. I highly recommend booking all your transportation with Sedona Quick Rides over renting a car. They know everything there is to know about traveling in Sedona & it's surrounding areas. The Resort Manager called Quick Rides when we started freaking out because our Airport Shuttle service was 40minutes late! Quick Rides sent Cliff in a nice sedan / town car over right away. 5 stars is an understatement! I used Sedona Quickrides to get from PHX to Sedona and it was a seamless, enjoyable, safe journey courtesy of my driver, Don. My flight actually landed 30 minutes early, but as soon as I turned on my phone, I had a text from Don saying he had already arrived! He told me exactly where to go, helped with my luggage, and had water waiting in a clean air conditioned car. Ride with on a busy Saturday and the driver was quick and prompt with finding us and picking us up. He was very nice, friendly and polite. He asked us where we were going and kindly and easily took us there. We were very far away from our car and Uber was super expensive so this was the best alternative to getting back to our car. I drove my car with my family. They wanted to go explore and do stuff i I didn't want to do. So I told them take the car, I'll just get an Uber or Lyft. I guess those services are non existent in Sedona. I decided to rent a car for the day, but needed a ride to pick it up. I found QuickRides and my experience with them was great. My driver Cavett was awesome. He was actually across the street from my hotel so he was there in a minute. I don't like to make small talk with my drivers, I prefer white and don't engage me. But Cavett was very personable and enjoyable. He made my ride really quick and easy. Great conversation and I great tips on what to see and do. And when I was at the rental agency he made sure I had a car reservation and was set to go. He didn't want to leave me stranded if not. I kind of wished I had a longer trip or needed to use his service again. I would definitely use this service again when in town especially since there is no Uber/Lyft. And the price I thought was fair, less than I pay in Los Angeles. read more

Over spring break, my Mom and I took a trip to Sedona. It's safe to say we overextended our hiking abilities and ended up at the Yavapai Point Trailhead, several miles away from where we had parked our car. If we had tried to hike all the way back to where we had started, it would have easily been past sunset before arriving there. Uber and Lyft weren't available.. or weren't willing to pick up a ride in our area. I called 2 other cab companies who didn't answer. One other cab company who answered the phone told me that I'd be lucky if they could make it out to our area in 2 hours. Sedona QuickRides called me back right away and were able to pick my mother and I up within 15 minutes of making the call. Our driver, Cavett (?) was friendly, accommodating, and offered us excellent service at an extremely reasonable rate. No way no how would ride with these guys again, driver was erratic and the price was off the charts, I don't think these guys are on the straight and narrow, no meter in car and they charge whatever they think you can afford, so if you ride with them make sure your wearing rags or they will charge you their Beverly Hills rate! I am a wedding planner, and just had a wedding at Agave last week-end. The guests were scattered across town, and they would call last me minute asking me to get them a ride. Steve to the rescue!! Each time I called him, and there were quite a few calls; Steve said; will get a car there right away! Everyone got to their destination on time and the driver just seemed to be right there after the call; amazing!! I am so very thankful to Steve for being there to answer the phone each time, and to say he had this covered; was such a stress-reliever for me, and everyone could not have been happier! Great service with a reasonable flat rate. The driver, Jeremey, always arrived promptly and was very friendly with lots of recommendations for us visit from out of town. He picked us up from our hotel on or way to dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary and also picked us back up to return back to the hotel.
