We had a great time! If you are into hiking and other outdoor activities, Ed can give you all the infornation you need. We appreciated the insight. However, I strongly suggest you disregard any recommendations for Dahl and Diluca restaurant. That place has abhorrent service and couldn't care less about patrons. If you want to enjoy good vibes, take this winery tour...and avoid Dahl and Diluca if you want to maintain your good headspace and be treated with respect! ;)

I don't know where to begin with how awesome Jim and this tour were!…read more Accommodating doesn't begin to describe Jim - and there is nothing that he cares more about than ensuring you have the best time possible and we seriously couldn't have had a better day. When Jim tells you this tour is custom to you, he's not kidding - just tell him what wines you like, don't like or even if you want to change it up to accommodate your husband (who doesn't drink a lot of wine) and add a brewery stop, done! He makes it happen and everywhere we went was absolutely wonderful. And did I mention he made it a dog-friendly tour?! Every stop (except for one we specifically requested) was dog-friendly - and at the one that wasn't, Jim walked our little guy while we did our tasting. Seriously, everything about this tour was above and beyond. Jim's knowledge of the area and the wineries demonstrates how much he loves what he does and you can tell the wineries and local businesses really appreciate him too. I cannot recommend Jim and his company more! He has several tours to pick from or he'll happily work with you to create one just for you. If you're heading to the Sedona area, this is a must-do!!

Never would've guessed sedona was wine country, but was pleasantly surprised!…read more We got the bachelorette package - which was a bit hefty at $142 pp - but ultimately worth it!! Mercedes sprinter van, hangover kit, charcuterie boards (which we got to eat at the 2nd winery!), and 3 extra bottles of bubbly! It was a snowy day and Frank took such good care of us! Super knowledgeable, kept us on time but didn't rush us. We went to 4 wineries, our favorites were javalina and da ranch. Tastings were not included, but we did get $5+ discounts everywhere and reservations were the real value add for our large group of 9. Highly highly recommend!

Poor comms, unprofessional tone, and last-minute changes…read more I rarely leave negative reviews...or reviews at all for that matter... but as a former Yelp elite and avid traveler, my experience with Bliss Wine Tours warrants it. I booked my tour in advance through Viator, and the confirmation clearly stated that pick-up would be from my resort, Mii Amo. Less than 24 hours before the tour, I received a text saying they do not pick up from Mii Amo and that I'd need to get myself to the public library instead. This was a complete surprise -- there was no heads-up after booking, no mention of this in the listing, and no prior outreach to clarify. I had planned around the originally confirmed pickup time and location. I politely asked if we could adjust pickup slightly within the published range (which said 10:30), but instead of a collaborative response, I was met with defensive, dismissive replies and told my resort was a "random location" -- despite the website confirming it at time of booking. When I suggested they clarify the misleading listing and improve their communication with Viator, I was told I was being "aggressive" and they unilaterally canceled my tour. To be clear: I was never rude, I simply expected a basic level of accountability and professionalism. Instead, I was gaslit and blamed for calling out their operational issues -- and then penalized for speaking up. Being a paying customer who voices valid concerns being aggressive. If you're considering this tour, be warned: the tone shifts quickly from friendly to condescending the moment you flag an issue. And if your pickup isn't simple for them logistically, they'll cancel on you instead of owning the error. Travelers deserve better.

When we arrived, parking was simple, with separate areas for the public and members. We got there around 2 p.m., and there was already a line at the entrance, but we only waited about 10 minutes before being seated on the patio. The weather was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine. The menu had a ton of options, especially for flights, Chilled, Combo, Red, Dessert, Brandy, and more. The food menu was just as tempting, with plenty of choices. We started with the Red Flight and ordered the Chef's Taco Special and Truffle Kettle Chips, which paired really well with the wines. After that, we tried the Brandy Flight and finished with the Dessert Flight, and we ended up finding a few favorites among them. After tasting, we took a walk around the vineyard. There are outdoor tables where you can sit if you have pets with you, and one of the seating areas is right by the river. The sound of the water makes the whole place feel extra calm and relaxing. If you don't want to sit in the main restaurant area, you can also order everything picnic-style and enjoy your food and wine with the view. They do have a Wine Club for anyone who wants to visit regularly, but we didn't join because we're not big on commitment. Even so, we'll definitely be back. It's a great spot to unwind, sip some good wine, and just relax for a while.

They picked us up from our hotel, made several stops including clean bathroom breaks and couple gift shops. Overall, the tour was amazing. Although we only spent 45 minutes at a horseshoe Bend, we were able to take some awesome pictures and walk around. But definitely the highlight was Antelope Canyon. You can only go on a tour here with the Navajo guide and our guide Ray was fantastic. We spent about 1.5 hours at lower Antelope Canyon. He really made the tour fun, informative, and he took the best pictures. The photos do not do it justice. The experience was just unreal. Each term that we took we were in awe. The downside was our tour guide Brandon. Although he was very friendly, he didn't seem that knowledgeable. Maybe he was having an off day but there were a couple times that he stopped mid sentence while telling a fact and even ended a fun fact with blah blah blah to finish up his sentence. At one point, he even started chewing on a candy or something while hooked up to the microphone. This was really annoying. We still had a very great day just a couple things that didn't make it a five star experience. Did you have a lot of options for tours and their office is located centrally in the uptown area.
