We utilized their services for our wedding and prior to the event everything seemed to be going well. Communication & responsiveness was great. Then wedding day arrived and everything fell apart. We had ordered a single mini coach to shuttle our guests between two hotel locations and the venue. The company, for some reason, provided a large coach that could not get to our venue and had to stop at the top of a hill to drop guests off. This was not communicated to our wedding planner until the DAY of the wedding, and the email was not seen for a couple of hours because she was deep in wedding day tasks. They never called her or us to follow up on the email and relay the information to us that day. The company also did not update our request to adjust the pick up/drop off schedule and in turn, some guests thought that they had missed the shuttle and ended up driving to the venue, which can only fit 11 cars, and had to park blocks away and walk to the venue. This lack of communication caused the event to start almost 30 minutes late. With the original agreement, the shuttle was supposed to be at the venue for the entirety of the event to shuttle guests to and from their hotels and the venue. Since the company changed the size of the shuttle, it could not get down to the venue and in turn couldn't sit at the top of the hill because it was on a busy road. We had no idea where the shuttle was and it left our guests stranded until the shuttle decided to show up. It was extremely stressful for us, our families, and all of our guests. After our wedding we went on our 14 day honeymoon and couldn't deal with the issue promptly. So, our amazing wedding planner contacted them to deal with the issue while we were away. She was able to speak to the manager, Corey, over the phone and he was very helpful and apologetic, asking her to follow up via email with all of the details. Once she sent the information, there was no response and she tried calling and emailing, and never heard from anyone from the company again. We came back from honeymoon and it was both myself and our wedding planner trying to get ahold of Corey or someone to get the issue resolved. It wasn't until almost mid-November that I was finally able to get a hold of Corey and he wasn't very apologetic nor seemed to care about the situation. I was able to get half of our money back, but in hindsight I should have received a full reimbursement for the issues, lack of responsibility taken by the company, and run around. Stay far away from this company!

First Class Charter was recommended by the concierge at The Enchantment Resort, where we were staying. The First Class office manager assured me that the driver would have a step stool to make getting into the SUV easier and she said we would be able to tailor the half-day tour to our interests and abilities. She couldn't have been more correct, Bob, our guide and driver, did everything he could to make sure we loved every minute of our outing. Bob is remarkably knowledgeable in all aspects of Sedona, including the history, culture, celebrity connections and my favorite - geology. You don't often ask a tour guide about Pangaea and get a detailed answer, which I loved. We stopped at all the high points of Sedona and at each one, we learned the significance and history. We didn't ask a single question Bob didn't have the answer to. He also had plenty of fun anecdotes about the people who settled, built and visited (celebrities) the area. We were never rushed and we stayed only as long as necessary to see all we wanted to see. Beyond that, Bob was kind to me, ensuring that I had a safe, easy time. I never felt bad because I am unable to do some things other tourists would have no problem with. He was always there with a smile and a hand to help. And when I mentioned that I wanted to do a little shopping, Bob took us to a great place to buy t-shirts and souvenirs. My friend and I had a fun, relaxing day and we learned far more about the Sedona area than we expected to. It was like having a friend give us the grand tour, for which I am truly grateful.
