I have mobility issues so travel is often a challenge for me, which is why I decided to book a tour of Sedona for just my friend and myself. First Class Charter was recommended by the concierge at The Enchantment Resort, where we were staying. The First Class office manager assured me that the driver would have a step stool to make getting into the SUV easier and she said we would be able to tailor the half-day tour to our interests and abilities. She couldn't have been more correct, Bob, our guide and driver, did everything he could to make sure we loved every minute of our outing. Bob is remarkably knowledgeable in all aspects of Sedona, including the history, culture, celebrity connections and my favorite - geology. You don't often ask a tour guide about Pangaea and get a detailed answer, which I loved. We stopped at all the high points of Sedona and at each one, we learned the significance and history. We didn't ask a single question Bob didn't have the answer to. He also had plenty of fun anecdotes about the people who settled, built and visited (celebrities) the area. We were never rushed and we stayed only as long as necessary to see all we wanted to see. Beyond that, Bob was kind to me, ensuring that I had a safe, easy time. I never felt bad because I am unable to do some things other tourists would have no problem with. He was always there with a smile and a hand to help. And when I mentioned that I wanted to do a little shopping, Bob took us to a great place to buy t-shirts and souvenirs. My friend and I had a fun, relaxing day and we learned far more about the Sedona area than we expected to. It was like having a friend give us the grand tour, for which I am truly grateful. read more

His extensive knowledge and wealth of experience provided us with a day we will always remember. He was extremely accommodating and gave us many opportunities for photo stops along the way. Our guide, Miguel, turned our first trip to the Grand Canyon into a day we will always remember. He has a wealth of knowledge and can speak to many subjects including Native American and local history, geology and features of the Grand Canyon that you'd never discover on your own. Miguel took us to several quiet spots away from the tourists along the rim and brought tears to our eyes with his stories and music. His love of the area made this day so much more than a tour of the Grand Canyon. Save your money and book with someone else. We booked a private Grand Canyon Luxury Private Tour with pickup from Sedona based on all the 5 star reviews on line. Facts: 1. Advertisement is for luxury car - Lincoln Navigator We got a 10 year Kia Sedona with smashed driver side mirror fastened on with duck tape. Not luxurious nor a safe car. 2. Advertisement is for an experienced guide We got Dennis who was on the job for a month or so and we learned more about his 5 marriages then our trip. 3. Advertisement is for an 8 hour trip. Dennis didn't know routes at Grand Canyon park and exited early by mistake. We only got stops and pictures in the morning as we were hurrying to make our lunch appointment. He offered to take us to view the 45 minute IMAX movie instead to make up for it- no thanks, we passed. We didn't pay $1200 to watch a movie. We complained to tour operator, and tripadvisor (who we booked through) as well as credit card company- to no avail for refund. Since we "completed" the trip and tipped driver(out of pity). There are plenty of reputable tour companies out there. Don't waste your time and especially your money with this one. The owners of this company are unscrupulous. read more

Called to ask a simple question- "do you provide private limo service or specifically just from airports?" and the unbelievably rude woman spoke over me four times before I could even get my question out. Mid-sentence, not even five seconds into the call she started shouting "no! No! No! No we do not!" ...If you don't have the bandwidth to speak to potential customers I can't imagine the rudeness were I to actually hire you for an event. Wow. read more

My wife and I have visited Sedona often, the trip always including some variation of a visit to the Grand Canyon. This time was quite different and particularly delightful. We have a new full size Range Rover and wanted to go in our vehicle but driven by a knowledgeable driver/guide. All other charter companies contacted by our agent, declined. Marco loved the idea and the challenge. He turned out to be both an excellent driver and a fascinating guide. While he had his favorite vistas, he was most flexible in allowing us to select each and every aspect of the journey. We had tricky weather for mid-April, that included hail, wind and very cold (35°) temperatures! Marco took lots of great photos with an excellent SLR and emailed (w/o charge) great high resolution images to me the next day! This was truly a first class experience ! My husband and I wanted to see the Grand Canyon and decided it would be best to have an experienced tour guide drive us to one of the most incredible places on the planet. Ken was our driver and tour guide who was not only super knowledgeable and passionate about "his" Grand Canyon, but he knew of all the amazing places to see along the way-- including shortcuts and special places within the Grand Canyon that we would have never figured out on our own! He protected us from areas that he knew would be tourist traps and that would be overcrowded. He used a wonderful comfy Lincoln Navigator filled with snacks and drinks and picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off right back at our room. We spent an entire day with him and felt completely safe from pick up at our Inn to drop off at our Inn and everything in between. For my birthday, my fiance and I decided to visit AZ for the first time. We choose Sedona because, well, it's absolutely stunning! I decided that we wanted to visit the Grand Canyon on my actual birthday. Our hotel recommended that we use First Class Charter Tours and I am SO grateful that we did! My husband and I vacationed in Sedona for our anniversary and decided it would be awesome to see the Grand Canyon. We booked with First Class Charter & Tours, and it was the best decision that we could have made. Our Grand Canyon tour was amazing. Our tour guide was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and entertaining. It was about a two hour drive from our hotel to the Grand Canyon, and she made the time seem to fly by. They honestly couldn't have picked a better person for us to spend a day with if they had tried - my husband is a percussionist, and he was tickled pink to find out she was too - they talked music and drums all day. We really feel that we got to see things we wouldn't have on our own or with a different tour company, and she managed to get us around all of the crowds so we weren't hassled! We got some great pictures of the Grand Canyon, and some wonderful shots of my husband and I together that our tour guide took (couple shots are always a hassle when you travel as a couple, and our tour guide just made it so easy!).
