What people need to know before booking is that if a cancelation is made, 30% of the fare will not be reimbursed. Period! No exceptions.

Sedona has been wonderful and I truly appreciate the effort it takes to maintain such an impressive public transit system that is entirely free. Thank you Sedona!

When government gets something right it's worth applauding so here's to the City of Sedona, who…read moredefinitively answered the need for people to get to and from popular trailheads without having to worry about parking anywhere near them. The Sedona Shuttle is a free service that takes folks to and from a couple of designated (also free) parking lots to the trailheads of the most popular of Sedona's trails. It runs every 20 minutes and offers free bottled water to those about to embark on their hike. If I had anything negative to say about this service it would only be that the shuttles hold a limited number of people (about 20-25) so they do fill up, in which case you'll need to wait for the next shuttle.* In addition to the Sedona Shuttle the city also runs 2 other interesting shuttle services: Sedona Shuttle Connect (SSC) is on-request via app or phone (though nobody answered the phone when I tried that) which picks up and drops off riders at designated sites along a predetermine route. This proved useful when, not wanting to drive in the snow, I used the SSC to get from my hotel (Residence Inn) to downtown Sedona and back. The fee is $2 each way ($1/seniors) and with only a small exception I found this service quite useful. (When requesting a ride back, the app was not recognizing that I was on their route, despite the fact that I was. After moving around several times while retrying, I was able to summon my ride). Verde Shuttle, which I didn't use, operates more like a bus, with a route that takes you all over Sedona while also linking Sedona to Cottonwood. I was super-impressed with Sedona's public transport system. * Pro tip - Make sure everyone waiting to board is in an orderly line (yes, that falls on you) so that boarding happens in a way that's fair to those who have waited the longest.

We went to a RUSH concert last month at US Airways Center for our anniversary. At the last minute…read morewe decided to price a car and driver to get us to the show. Rhonda was excellent at arranging a driver and nice car for the two of us with a short notice. The price was moderate and fair enough for having a reliable, smooth, clean and private car with a driver who would get us safely home after drinking a bit at the show. We got lucky to get a smaller sedan for the lower price than a LIMO and we got a very cool man named "Jack" who safely got us to our concert destination in Phoenix from remote Wilhoit. Our pickup and drop off location puts us on the remote two lane highways via Wickenburg for the drive to Phoenix. We spent three hours with Jack and we had the smaller sedan with no privacy. We had the larger sedan that stretched with privacy and shut off from the driver the last time we took a ride with Executive Transportation and the ride was pretty quiet and seemed longer. Both drivers were professional both cars were nice and we enjoyed our rides the two times we've used this company. Must say that we will order a smaller sedan and ask for "Jack" when we take our next ride into PHX for a event or show! We had great convo, the ride seemed to go by fast heading to the concert and the ride back to our place felt comfortable resting/sleeping most the way. We really felt at ease on the long stretch through the desert with Jack who also spoiled us with several stops along the way for the restroom and to grab some munchies and drinks. There have been some road changes and new areas of highways including ROUNDABOUTS built so Jack was even more valuable to us as a couple of Cali Kids trekking off to a out of state concert. We even were in territory that a GPS wont even show yet! Right when Jack had met us he handed each of us a card with his cellular number. While in the show Jack phoned to say WHERE he would be to pick us up and he had it all planned pretty well considering we were in a crowd in the HEAT OF THE DESERT! This driver NEVER MADE A WRONG TURN or if he did - we sure didn't know!! ALSO, a special note, the next day our phone rang and it was Rhonda saying we had to pay more. There was a small discrepancy about charging $55 additional for an extra 1/2 hour of overage and a parking fee! After we explained our situation to Rhonda and reviewing what we had agreed to the prior day before we arranged for the vehicle, she did listen! Our bill did NOT change and should not have changed from our original quote and we do appreciate that management took our reasons to not be charged additional into consideration. The ride was priced properly and fair and we had even gone above/beyond the gratuity that was PRE CHARGED giving our driver a decent cash tip. There was no legitimate reason to pop the parking and another 1/2 hour onto our bill once we reviewed the TIMELINE and LOCATIONS and the drivers personal CHOICE to park and have us walk far and several floors which was FINE by us! The 1/2 hour didn't exist and the $20.00 for parking was NEVER mentioned and was NOT part of the original quote/agreement. Communication is vital now and we do speak up when we believe we are being charged inappropriately or getting wrong product or service and not all know how to respond to a customer who tries to reasonably communicate. We had a GREAT time and the ride added to our good memories. Thank you to Executive Transportation for keeping it all sweet! You did the right thing to continue to please a good paying customer and did NOT break your agreement after we all reviewed the situation. We will continue using and referring your company to those we know.
