I was just trying to get help with a shipment, and he suddenly got angry/aggressive about it yelled at me to "take my shit and leave". That response was not appropriate for the situation in my opinion, as I was talking calmly to him. He was not remorseful whatsoever. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have something coming, I get an email that says I requested a delivery change and it's being sent to the UPS store. The driver never does any delivery attempts. He leaves no slips. He just automatically dumps all of my packages at the store. What is the point of delivery if it's not delivered? UPS sucks!

Sometimes it will smell like the restaurant next door and the parking isn't always the greatest because of the bar next door. All in all it is my go to place for returns.
