I regret ever wasting time or money doing business with this company and do not recommend them on my worst enemies. They were so insistent on offering me free upgraded equipment to get me to stay that they refused to listen to my repeated request to cancel service immediately. Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

She informed me that they need a month notice to cancel my account which means I would have to pay for June.
