Halloween night and I was heading home to change for Halloween partying. The new cleaning lady locked me out of my house after being specific instructions on what lock NOT to do. Bill did an amazing job! He was available only a couple days after my husband called him, on a Saturday. He installed a smart lock deadbolt in my commercial grade, steel front door. He had to drill several large holes, something neither my husband nor I would ever have attempted to do ourselves. Bill's price was extremely reasonable, considering the amount of work involved. He was polite, friendly, and good at his job. He was knowledgeable about our non-standard door. He went above and beyond by taking apart, lubricating, and putting back together our other front door deadbolt, which has had issues.
